We hired Lockwood Finishes to paint the entire interior of a local commercial building, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had kitchen cabinets, trim and doors painted in 2 rooms and a hallway. We had a 2 man crew with 2 young men who were very proficient and did the job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the way these two young men respected our home and belongings. They were on the job promptly at 8 every morning and gave us a quality job. They communicated with us in a professional manner and answered our questions which helped expedite the job with issues being attended to as the job progressed without anything having to be redone. We would definitely use this contractor in the future for our painting needs.

Lockwood Finishes is a referral from my friend, who also appreciated the works they did at her house. I had them painted several rooms at my parents house and the interior of my entire house. Steves team (Ashton, Ian, Matt and Jeremy) did an excellent job at both houses. They fixed all the imperfections and bumps that I dont see anymore. They worked expediently and finished the entire project in two weeks. The crew cleaned up really well at the end of each day. Steve followed up to make sure the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. He made the whole experience stress free. I will definitely use Lockwood Finishes again.

2025 I had the misfortune of a water leak in my condo which led to mold in the outside walls. Steve Lockwood and staff were instrumental in the reconstruction of the condo after the remediation of the mold. Once again, they did an outstanding professional job! It was a pleasure to work with Steve during this disruption in our home and lives. Once again, Five Stars all the way! 2024 I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Lockwood Finishes. I absolutely recommend this company. Steve and his staff are very professional and are pleasant to work with. I called Steve for an estimate and he responded in a timely fashion and provided a very competitive price. They did an outstanding job painting my condo and cabinets! We had a water leak which damaged an area of the downstairs ceiling. This required repairing the ceiling and repainting the area. We were fortunate enough to find Lockwood Finishes and specifically Ian to do the repair work. Ian did a masterful job on the repair and the paint job. I highly recommend Lockwood Finishes for any inside or outside job requiring repairing surfaces. Great job Ian!

Steve Lockwood and his crew recently completed the exterior staining / painting of our 8000 sq ft house, a project complicated by tall walls with limited access and the need for color matching of old, new, and previously unfinished siding. His crew was timely, courteous, and regularly sought approval of the finishes under consideration. They routinely went above and beyond to make certain that the outcome was top notch and that I, the customer, was satisfied. They worked well with other contractors working on the job, coordinating their activities for the smooth completion of the project. On rainy days they addressed some complicated interior water damage repairs and refinishing which came out great. Unfortunately, when you own a large "complicated" home you are in regular need of painting services. I have Steve Lockwood on speed dial and figure on using him and his crew regularly going forward.

Lockwood Finishes did an outstanding job staining my wood garage doors and wood accent pieces around the exterior of my home. The wood looks brand new. I only wish I would have known about Lockwood Finishes years ago. Steve is a great communicator and I can't say enough good things about Steve and his company.
