A man who I assume is Mark Williams left his card at my door today. Before he left his card he thought it was okay to ring my doorbell twice failing to respect my no soliciting sign on my door. It is on a silver plaque and hard to miss on my green door. He had two opportunities to read the sign because after the first time he ignored it and rang anyway, he stepped away to grab his business card. When he returned with that card he rang yet again. I have a young child that isnt in school yet that was still asleep at the time as well. Fortunately she did not wake up from her scheduled time to sleep but I didnt appreciate my doorbell being rung with a clear sign stating its unwanted. While you may have good work that you were trying to promote, I will not be making use of your business nor will I promote it to others as this employee could not respect to follow one simple instruction before even meeting a potential client. Thank you for trying to be helpful but the help is clearly unwanted and stated on my front door.

I used LOA roofing with project manager Mark Williams. I got several quotes from different roofing companies, however Mark was kind, professional, honest, knowledgeable, patient, and I got to choose the type of roofing material, selected ridge vents with removal of the previous metal venting, and all new pipes. I truly appreciated working with him and love my new roof.

I had a small leak above my garage and after getting a few estimates from the big guys in town I decided to give LOA a call. Mark took great care of me - he was prompt, professional and patient. He did a great job of explaining the issue, recommended a few options that fit my budget and managed to fix my issues at a fair price. I contracted LOA Roofing to replace my roof after the hail storm. Kyle did an amazing job on taking care of me. From the very beginning he made sure to stay in contact with me and was very responsive with any inquiry that I had. He was very thorough with the inspection process so working with my insurance was a breeze. I definitely felt at ease knowing that I was working with someone with so much knowledge. They provided me with high-quality materials that look great and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Kyle and his team to anyone needing work on their roof.

Thanks to LOA Construction I got my new roof. This team went to bat for me. I was struggling with approval from my insurance company this group of professionals stepped in and worked with the insurance on my behalf. I was at the point of walking away. My representative Juan was amazing he told me I am here for you and we will get you taken care of he did not quit. True to his word my roof was installed this a week. The roofing team members were professional and courteous. I didn't worry about loud music or colorful language. If you struggling with your insurance calls these folks. Heck, call them if you want your roof done correctly.

LOA is great! We contacted Andrew as we were having major leaks after a recent storm. My husband and I were expecting to have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to replace our roof out of pocket. When Andrew showed up he walked us through the insurance process and all we had to pay was our deductible ($3700). We ended up getting a new roof, new gutters and all of our interior work done as well! I have to say this was such a blessing and our house looks so much better than before with the new facelift! I highly recommend using LOA Construction for any roof related issues. Ask for Andrew as he was very informative and responsive throughout the whole process!

We contracted with LOA Construction to repair hail damage to our roof. Their representative, Andrew Schleicher, was at all times professional and courteous. He was on time for all meetings and response to our inquiries was always timely. He coordinated effectively with our insurance company, and there were no unexpected costs. On the job, Andrew provided direct supervision and ensured work was done quickly and per our contract. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the crew took care to protect our house during the process. They also did a thorough cleanup upon job completion. We are very happy with the job and would do business with Andrew and LOA in the future.

I was fortunate in choosing LOA in Houston to represent me when I had my insurance company come out after a hail storm to assess the condition of my roof. I specifically have to thank Andrew S. who went through 3 inspections before my insurance company agreed to replace it. There wasn't enough hail/wind damage but to Andrews credit, his persistence and skill over a period of 2 months finally resulted in my insurance company (known for denying claims) agreeing to a full replacement. If you ever have an insurance company come to assess your property after a storm they often have third party companies doing the work of assessing damage and almost always deny your claim. You should always have a roofing company representative there for you during an inspection since they know what to look for and can convince the adjuster that your claim is valid. I was about to spend $16K to replace my 20-year old roof but thanks to Andrew I only had to pay my deductible.
