Horrible experience overall. Agent took one month to complete my Hud paperwork, then 2 weeks later they informed me the home had been rented out by someone else. Chose a second house 8 weeks ago..I still haven't moved due to incompetent inexperienced unprofessional staff. They are about to cause me to lose my voucher!!
