Steve is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. Recently he came up to handle some window frames that had stucco as its siding. They looked better than they ever had before. He is also knowledgeable in plaster work, and I plan to hire him for this work in the near future.

Left Shore Construction has done both exterior stucco work and interior plaster work on our 1928 home. They have excellent communication, the quality of the work is top notch, and their pricing is affordable compared to other options. I wish all the contractors we hired to work on our old home were as good as them- I can't recommend them enough.

Very fast, friendly and professional. They took great care to make sure my furniture and floor were protected before working on my fireplace. I wanted a rustic plastering look on my fireplace and they did the perfect job making it look old world while still being clean and professional. I would recommend them 100%!

Steve was the only contractor we could find that specializes in residential EIFS. From the get-go, his communication was great! He took time to explain his plan before he started. There were a couple unexpected finds when opening some exterior walls that needed additional work and additional costs. Again, he explained his plan and was very upfront. After the work was done, his team cleaned everything up and it was like they were never there! We've had experience dealing with contractors in the past. Steve and his team are on a higher level than all that we've dealt with.

The Left Shore Construction crew did a beautiful job of restoring a ceiling, badly damaged by a leaking appliance above. They quickly replaced the sheetrock, applied custom plaster, and repainted to match the original color. They were very skilled, courteous, and came in on budget. Clean up was perfect, and the ceiling looks better than ever. Excellent job!

We had numerous problems with our siding from who ever the previous owners of the house hired to install it. As a result we had to completely redo the back side of the house. LSC gave us an honest estimate and did a great job replacing siding and window casings. They were always on time and answered all our questions and concerns. They know what they are doing and do it well.

I highly recommend Steve an his crew. He is creative and a real master of his trade. We hired him to install our leaving room walls in Venetian plaster and ended up hiring him to do the bathroom and master bedroom. It was a pleasure working with him, he was always on time and on budget. And no mess left behind. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome: everyone who has seen his custom work comments on high quality and how fantastic and unique it looks!
