Leo remodeled an entire home for us. Two new bathrooms which included knocking down walls to studs, plumbing, electrical and moving all fixtures around. Installing all new lighting in every room in the house. Also completely finishing an unfinished basement, which included all new flooring, electrical, lighting etc. He and his team painted the entire house as well. He pulled all permits and made appointments with all inspectors. His follow up was great- making it stress free for us. The work is of the highest quality, he and his team do topnotch work. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. There was no response from the company regarding the estimate after the contractor visited our home. Even after multiple follow-ups asking to provide details and estimates on work requested, they didn't bother to reply. If they cant handle something as simple as providing an estimate, I can only imagine how unreliable they would be with an actual project. **Update after company response** I do have screenshots of my text communication with the company where I sent text and called multiple times during the first 2 weeks where no response was given, nor any email was sent as I checked my spam as well. There is also a courtesy call back from the companies to let customers know that an estimate was sent, which never happened. Also your contractor did not point anything about the height issues, just an FYI. So please talk to your communication team on how to handle these communications.

After a roof leak damaged our interior ceiling, we called Lee Sheetrock and Home Remodeling to replace the ceiling and paint, along with a fresh coat of paint on the walls. They were great to work with, giving us a detailed estimate and started and finished the project really quickly. The crew was very nice and kept the site clean. The room looks brand new! I reached out and used Lee Home Remodeling for recent water damage repair. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate and was able to fit me into their schedule when I needed them to. Their estimate was reasonable and they were easy to work with and came daily to complete the job quickly. We did find an issue about a month after they completed the job. Lee responded to my text the same day and arrived early the next morning to correct the issue at no charge! I would use them again on future projects. The only negative I could mention is that there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to someone on the office phone - or leave any messages - when you're early in the estimate process. Once you start working with them you have their cell phone numbers and they have always responded quickly with them.

Called for an estimate for my basement remodel. Trying to get in contact with someone is darn near impossible! They finally responded after several calls and scheduled an estimate. They no showed the day of the estimate, then texted me an hour later saying they needed to reschedule. Fine, they rescheduled but showed up late to the next appointment but it was no big deal. Finally, after coming and taking measurements, I was promised I would get a quote within days. Yet, they never responded after that and never provided any estimate after two weeks!! I called and left messages, texted Libardo who did the measurements and they never responded. They have terrible customer service!!! If this is how they conduct themselves BEFORE starting a project, I'd hate to see the lack of communication during the process!!! BEWARE!!!
