I havent met a contractor that didnt feel like they were trying to up sale me on everything. Until I met Tracy! He and his team are absolutely amazing, very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. He stuck with me through the up and downs of the process and answered all my questions and calls, very rare. He was so patient with me because I know nothing of this renovation process or anything with permits. Let me just say I wont be looking for anyone else to do what I need done in the future! He is highly recommended by me and Im a high standards gal.

I truly can't put into words how amazing our experience was with Tracy and his crew! We had a flood in our home, and needed a trustworthy contractor to replace the drywall that was removed from the damage. Lea's Drywall came recommended from a friend. They came out quickly gave us a fair bid, and did such a good job we had them come out two more times for additional repairs to other walls and ceilings! Their work was absolutely beautiful! They definitely took their time, paid attention to detail, and absolutely went above and beyond in all areas. As previously stated, there aren't enough words to describe how amazing our experience with them was. This whole situation has been so incredibly stressful, but Tracy and his team did so much to make us feel at ease and take as much stress off of us as possible. Update - We rehired Tracy and his team and they did another great job drywalling, mudding, and texturing our backyard office space. My main stress hiring out contract work is attention to detail/craft and Tracy continues to expertly prove his craft. Quality is top notch after navigating a very not square shed with skylights and windows. Thanks Tracy and team! We had a big HVAC contractor whoopsy moment where their foot went through our entryway ceiling from the attic. The owner asked Tracy and his team to patch it up for us. Though we were bummed that we needed to add a third week of contractors in our house/office, Tracy was very good at communicating the process, timeline, and more. We felt like they really prioritized us. They even ended up replacing the entire hallway ceiling drywall to guarantee that you would never know a hole was there. Great team!

We were referred to Tracy for cracks that had formed in our new home to evaluate the cause and determine repairs needed. We hired him to do the job because he was honest, told us what was needed and why, how long it would take, and the cost of doing the repairs was reasonable. Tracy, Devin, Sandy, and Miranda were amazing! There were some significant repairs needed because the house was not mudded correctly by the original builder so they had to repair wall and ceilings at several locations. All repairs are seamless and you cannot even tell there was a repair. They communicated with us at all times on when they would arrive, worked around our personal schedules, and completed the job with the highest level of professionalism and quality that I have ever seen. The house was left spotless when they were done. We even decided to use them for some additional work we are wanting done on the house and would recommend them to anyone needing any work done. Thank you to Tracy, Devin, Sandy and Miranda for all your hard work! We appreciate you!

For those who may be looking for a quality, customer-focused team, Leas Drywall and Remodeling far exceeded my expectations for set up, installation, and finish. We were so impressed with the quality of the work, the cheerful response to our questions, and their attention to detail we asked them to prep and paint the walls as well. This spur of the moment request on our part was met with a can-do attitude on Tracys part and backed by his team of professionals who did a truly stellar job with their phase of the bathroom remodel and our further request to paint. Tracy Lea is excellent to work with and Sandra, Devon, and Miranda all came to work with a smile, a sincere desire to field my questions cheerfully and respectfully, and provide a truly positive and professional experience. We hired Lea's Drywall during a repair to our house. There were three different ceiling textures and two different ceiling heights, plus some damage to the walls that needed to be addressed. First they came in and used plastic to protect all of the other walls and floors, then they installed new drywall to level the ceiling areas and repair the walls. Next the ceilings were re-textured using a more modern style of texture and the wall texture was matched. Tracy and his crew are very friendly and professional and not only started the job on time, but finished a day early. We would definitely recommend them for any drywall or texture jobs.

I called today looking for someone to re-texture the ceilings in our home. When Tracy stated he could come out on Friday to give me a quote, I informed him that I was a teacher, and wasn't sure if I would be available or not, as teachers are currently on strike. He stated "Oh, you are one of those people who want more money and only work half a year." A word of advice for you, it's best not to insult potential clients. I had two other companies come out same day and give me quotes without insulting me, so I will be hiring one of them.

Let me say I have never had service from this guy, HOWEVER, I scheduled him to come out for an estimate. He was early and the guy who I had scheduled prior to him arrived late so was a slight overlap and he refused to even give me an estimate. Beyond that he was rude and called ME unprofessional. Note: the person who gave me the estimate prior to him left less than 2 minutes after he did ... does he really think I won't be getting multiple estimates?
