We hired Travis and his team to do a basement remodel and let me say, we are so blessed with the decision we made! They did such a wonderful job in a timely matter and some may not think its a big deal, but to my family and I; communication is a very big deal. Travis updated us the whole time through and kept our minds at ease. I was a little difficult with some change in plans but Travis was able to work all through them with me. His prices are very hard to beat for the amazing work they do. My boys have their huge toy room and my wife has the office shes been wanting. All thanks to Laughner Contracting! If anyone is looking for a professional company to do some amazing work at a very fair price, look no farther! After horrible experiences with numerous contractors not showing up for estimates, always being late, or taking 3 weeks to get me a price on a simple porch roof I found travis, I contacted him, he was on vacation, he came right out after vacation, within a day or two he gave me an estimate. After permits were pulled he got right to work, he dealt with the inspections. He showed up exactly when he told me he was gonna show up, he did exactly what he said he would do in a certain time frame. He has great communication skills in regards to updating me with status and pictures as he was in the middle of the project. His prices are reasonable with others, however his work ethic is top notch. Very professional, straight to the point and straight to getting the job done to make the customer happy. If I need anything else done I'll be sure to reach out to him as well as referring him to others I know! Thank you Travis, the porch roof is fabulous!!!

Poor work, wont respond after Money is paid. Even a kid can paint better. Had to pay some one else to finish work. And his plumbing fell apart cabinets were installed like crap. and have to pay some one to get it fixed now. No sir this is the right company you had finished the work and there are still outlets not working and who puts up Plumbing pipes with no glue as we just found out.

We hired laughner Contracting to do a complete remodle of our garage into a living space. They had to get a special order door. And place a window in the place of our garage door. They were Very timely, very respectful of my home, family and property. I really appreciated the constant communication from them on what was going on. What supplies they were waiting for and when they would be back to continue working. The room turned out great! We would definitely use them again.

I am not one to normally post negative things; however, I do feel it is a responsibility to warn others of bad business to hopefully save people money and frustration. I hired Laughner Contracting (Laughner Contractor Services) to do a rehab project on a house in Shippensburg. I was assured that they could easily do the project in a timely manner of 2 to 3 months. Well, after over a year of frustration and lack of communication, I have removed them from the project to have someone else finish up what they did not finish and even redo a lot of the work they messed up. The painting job is low quality at best, with over-brushing in several places. The drywall they put up was not finished correctly and you can still see the tape. Electrical work was not done correctly, and I have to have someone go through and redo a bunch of it. they covered up the shutoff valves for the water in the off position so we now have to cut the drywall to get to the valves. The trim work is awful. The mini split system they put is has drain hoses just hanging out in mid-air and are not fastened to the building properly. The list of issues could go on for a while. I just wanted to post this review and some pictures as a warning.

Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They left a huge demo mess sit around for months instead of setting up a proper disposal system. Maybe ok for a landlord who's trying to pay bottom dollar and doesn't care about the property, but if you're looking for quality, look elsewhere.

Very poor customer service and very poor work completed on my garage. Requested an install of a wood burning chimney. Spoke with their lead several times, I brought up concerns about things being done to code, distance from wall, height of chimney on roof, etc. I was told that "of course it will be done to code". Well it was not. And two days after the job was done and it rained, the roof/ chimney leaked. They are now ignoring me and my requests to fix the leak. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Terrible work and even worse customer service. Please do not make the mistake of hiring them for you home!!!

We had a great experience with Travis and co for two separate projects. We had a basement bathroom built with an upflush toilet installed. We also had a patio extension and concrete steps done. There were some bumps on the road along the way with supplies and delivery (what project ever goes smoothly) but Travis kept me informed of what was going on and what would be done next. Communication could be a little slow at times but he never vanished on me as MANY contractors have. He also didnt take a dime until the project was finished and I was satisfied. In the end, both jobs turned out fantastic and we intend to do business with Laughner contracting again for our future projects.

Had me buy all everything needed to do job and never finished several projects. Messed up my hot water and never fixed it. Damaged ceiling in bathroom. Damaged my steps and wall that I have to pay to get fixed because when I asked him to come and fix problems he replied I don't do charity work after paying him six grand. I have pictures, video and messages to prove everything stated above.
