This is the first bad review Ive ever written. Had an appointment scheduled to get an estimate on an insurance repair. Once they found out I needed a written estimate and that insurance would be involved, they basically stopped responding and did not show up for the appointment. I could understand not wanting to deal with insurance related situations, but that wasnt communicated. They just ghosted me.

Tim replaced a ceiling light fixture with a ceiling fan. He was quick to offer a quote and did the job the next day. He also fixed an electrical outlet that was making a noise. You can tell he cares to make things right and not just provide a band aid fix.

I had a great experience with Lakeview Handyman. Tim came out to my house about an hour after I called and fixed four different items, including plumbing and adjusing a closet door so it fits better. I will definitely hire him again. It was very happy with his service.

Tim is so awesome to work with. We needed a licensed electrician to do some work in our condo and his pricing and availability was better than anyones. He installed a ceiling fan, ran an outlet for us to be able to mount the TV and installed two wall sconces including all the drywall work and painting. Super reliable and our dog loved him too!

Had an awesome experience! He did a great job, was on time and quick to get the work done. Very happy and would definitely recommend/use again. He also quoted us on a bigger carpentry job that was super reasonable and he was very communicative about what the work would entail/making sure he was really clear on what we wanted.
