Clennel is truly a master at his craft. I had a plumbing leak upstairs that leaked through the floor and destroyed the ceiling below. You can see from the pictures what an amazing job he did. He was extremely professional and took every precaution not to damage any other property along the way. If your looking to have work done....you have found your man. Clennel came out to repair some cracks we had in our plaster. Initially we thought we could take on the job ourselves but quickly realized we needed help from a pro. He was very professional, quick, clean and helpful in explaining the plaster process! He worked on the job over 3 days and the results are nothing short of astounding! You would never tell any crack existed. I cant recommend him or his work enough! He will get the job done right and for a fair price. Plaster repair people are hard to find but look no further than Lakeside Painting and Plaster Repair!

My Sterling Heights home was built in 1950. I had a delamination issue on my living room ceiling. I also had a popcorn ceiling in my living room hallway that was done by the previous owner and also needed repair to my wet plaster in some areas of the hallway. Clennel is an "Artist"! My living room ceiling came out beautiful and my hallway ceiling and repairs looks as though it was done back in 1950. Clennel is very clean, conscience and most importantly, he has integrity. I would recommend him for any wet plaster repair and painting. He may run behind schedule, but he is well worth the wait.

I cant say enough good things about Lakeside Painting and plaster. They showed up on time, communicated the process and did a wonderful job with my sons room. They had done work on a previous project for me by painting my fence at my old house. Both times they were professional, pricing was fair and their work was amazing. Lakeside Painting & Plaster's work is outstanding. I was taught the fine skill and trade of wet plaster as a child and in my current house have undertaken smaller projects. But the kitchen wall required a professional company, old school wet plaster (lol.) From the moment I contacted the company, the prompt response, I exhaled and it's just been a wonderful and engaging experience. The owner showed up, prepared a detailed estimate and was so warm and friendly and yes, very professional. I was pleased with pricing and estimated time frame to start and complete the project. Absolute Awesome Job!!! I had ice damn build up which destroyed the whole front of my house. I had plaster walls with a cove ceiling & very detailed crown molding that was not available in stores that had been torn out by the restoration company (that I will not mention the name because they were unsatisfactory on there time frame to getting my house back) but Lakeside painting was a subcontractor of the restoration company. The detail to the plaster coves that I thought would be impossible to match the rest of the house was impressive on how perfect it blended in with the ceiling. Crown molding was another problem which I thought could not be matched but Clanelle literally (as I watched) hand made the crown molding to match perfectly the rest of the house. Clanelle noticed & addressed other issues that the restoration company missed & made sure to let them know what they missed. He explained from day 1 what they were gonna do & kept me updated on the progress. I can't explain in words how professional this company is. Thank you Clanelle, Lisa & Lakeside Painting & Plaster for getting my house back. A-1 5 star service.
