I want to thank Erik and his son Trevor for the outstanding work they did painting our home in Kissimmee. As we all know it is sometimes difficult to find reliable professional contractors that will do the job they were hired to do. Erik and Trevor went above and beyond what I was expecting. First Erick showed up early to look over our home and give us a quote for painting and repairing stucco cracks. We hired him the next day and within a week the two of them were out to start the project. Pressuring washing was the first day, no rushing they were making sure the home had a clean exterior so that any repairs and the new paint would adhere properly. I watched other contractors paint homes in our community, so I was worried about over spray. Well to my surprise before painting all areas were covered with plastic sheets and tape masked, not only windows but all the soffits, fascias and eaves. They cover all ground materials with tarps and even raked back the landscaping stones to make sure the paint extended all the way down. They cleaned up after each day they were on the job. If you want a professional to do the job the right way, I would recommend Erik & Sons.

We had the opportunity to hire Erik & team to repaint our house and were thrilled we did! We had received multiple quotes from companies like ColorWorx, CentraPro and others and while competitive, Erik was by far the best choice (not necessarily the cheapest). He did a thorough review of our home, honed in on areas that needed the most attention, discussed his plan and set about his work. From power washing to completion it was perfect. He was very meticulous with his prep (tape, covered soffits, fences etc ) and painted to perfection. While it maybe took a little longer than other companies Im glad we hired Erik as the finished project was perfect and less about the three types of paints and the pricing deltas between each. We would absolutely recommend Erik to anyone looking for a steady hand, attention to detail and a great and respectful work ethic!

Not sure how they review this high not my experience at all. Took 2 weeks to paint a relatively small house. They missed areas, left painters tape on trim and did and overall poor job. I requested them to come out and fix the issues and they said too bad Im retiring and moving away. Unreal

Mr Klein gave me a great price, even compared to the bigger companies that so many people recommended. I am SO glad I went with him. He was able to get the job done earlier than quoted. He took care of everything! Paint-supplies-coverings in a day and a half, he painted my entire 2700sq ft house! He was so fast, the downstairs one day and the upstairs the next. I enthusiastically recommend Klein and Sons. We hired them to paint the interior and exterior of a home we were renovating and selling in Winter Garden, Florida. The quality of their painting work was exceptional, their prices were more than fair, and they finished the work on time and as promised. Everyone who saw our home after it was painted by Eriks team remarked on their excellent work. But I would be doing Klein and Sons a disservice if I ended the review here, because Erik and his team went above and beyond the call of duty, well beyond their original scope of work, and bent over backwards to help us. You see, throughout the time Klein and Sons painted our home, we lived out-of-state. Due to the COVID pandemic, we could not travel to Florida to oversee work being performed at our house by him and other contractors. Because Erik and his team were at the house early each day painting, Erik became our de facto house renovation project manager. He cheerfully agreed to let other contractors in to perform work and deliver building supplies, he picked up supplies at Lowes and home depot for us, he replaced mill work, installed new light fixtures, cut bushes and battled garden snakes on the exterior, and always kept us apprised of work both he and other contractors were performing by taking and sending multiple before and after picture to us. We hired Erik initially as our painter. He did not have to agree to perform any of these other tasks, but he did so willingly and graciously. For this we are eternally grateful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Klein and Sons did an excellent job painting my house. First time it had been painted since it was built 15 yrs ago. Very Reasonable priced. Attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. They did it RIGHT, didnt take the cheap painting route. Pressure washed, Fixed cracks all sizes, fixed/replaced major stucco and rust issues on house near my pool area (treated with rust stop), Primed and sealed house with Loxon before painting. House looks perfect and I know I have a great sealant and paint to last a long time. Reliable and communicated daily what phase they were at. Could not be happier with their job. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP!! Done right.
