They renovated the first floor of our townhouse, and transformed the concrete/studs into a beautiful recreation room with a full bathroom and a closet. As a builder, you need subcontractors that are honest and on time and Miguel and his crew are both whether Drywall, painting or Tile work, they do it all and very professional and always super clean. Amazing job replacing water damaged ceiling. Restored back to new! The crew completed the job in a very timely manner. Highly recommend! Miguel has now transformed two bathrooms for me- the latest being my master bath (sanctuary). It is so beautiful. I can't believe it is mine. Every detail is perfect. For me, there is no other contractor.

Miguel and his team remodeled my bathroom. They not only did phenomenal work, but they are also such kind, courteous, and honest individuals. Working from home, I have to admit ... now that the project is done, I'm kind of sad they won't be around anymore. Santiago always made my extremely social 4 year old feel important, Wilmer would literally drop everything to help out with something not project related if you needed him to, and Miguel (the owner) checks in/stops by/helps regularly to make sure that everything is going smoothly and everything is up to his clients liking. And if something isn't meticulous, he will do whatever it takes until it is. If I could give them six stars, or even better, infinite stars ... I would.

Miguel and his team at Killians installed drywall in my basement. They also taped, mudded, and sanded along with adding sound dampening insulation. I am extremely pleased with the work and professionalism at every step of the process, and the price was in line with other quotes. Everything is pristine, the crew cleaned up daily, and communication was great. Highly recommend!

We recently had Killian's (Miguel and his team) install, mud, and paint drywall ceilings in our bedrooms and basement. He was a pleasure to work with, his team did excellent work and left the place extremely tidy afterwards (even mopped the floors after completion). They worked within our budget and completed ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend for your home renovation.

Miguel and his team are really good at what they do. Their skill is exceptional. They take great care to maintain their work area and to keep the home free of dust. I was especially pleased with how much Miguel communicated with us before, during, and after the project. He showed us pictures of the progress he was making each day (We were not in the area at the time.). And he double-checked to make sure we agreed with decisions that needed to be made along the way. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement project. We will definitely hire them again.

I would give these guys six stars if I could. We worked with Matt Queen and he did wonders for a sagging floor in our 1940s home. He came up with a creative solution that saved us several thousand and allowed us to keep our original floor. He worked in a very awkward space, and yet did an ncredible job!. In the end he came up $700 under budget! This was a tough project and we could not be more pleased with both the quality of the work and the cost! Hire them and you will have no regrets! Thanks, Matt, we will be calling you again!

1000% quality service. Fantastic contractor to work with. We hired them for: Bathroom Remodel, Tile, Trim, Crown molding, Paint, Dry wall. We initially called Killians to receive a consultation to dry wall an unfinished room. Not only did Miguel answer right away, he came that same day to give us a consultation. Through out the whole process, he was incredibly responsive and very pleasant to work with. His team, complete professionals. We were so impressed with the quality of service and the end product. After the drywall, we hired them to completely finish the room for us, and also hired them to remodel and modernize our main bathroom. Miguel and his team are super knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. I am extremely happy with the work that they have done. They are my contractor of choice for future remodeling work.

Killian's did an amazing job renovating our bathroom - it looks gorgeous. They had to deal with a few difficulties, like making the floor level after cutting out rotten joists and replacing the subfloor, but they met all of the challenges that popped up. Everyone on the crew was friendly and helpful and communicative and patient with my questions. They do great work. I highly recommend.

I really love the work Miguel and his team did with our bathroom. We changed our bathtub to a walk in shower and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Miguel is very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely be using Killian's LLC again.

The team at Killian's LLC did an incredible job removing a cracked plaster ceiling and replacing it with drywall in our dining room. The team was professional, clean, responsive, and adaptable, handling the surprises that come with fixing a plaster ceiling in a 120 year old house. From start to finish, it took them two days and the quality is excellent at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

These guys are professionals in every sense of the word. Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job with some water damage repair in our basement. They did seamless drywall, flooring and painting - if I didnt know any better, I would have never known any flooding had occurred at all. This was the second time Miguel did some work for me. The first time was installing a new dry wall ceiling in my garage after removing the old ceiling which was cracked and falling. He and his crew did a great job, very professional, on time and quality work. The second time was some dry wall work in half bath and installing a new floor including the subfloor. Again, quality work, great professionlism, and got the job done on time as quoted. He is my contractor and will be the person I call in the future when I need work done.

We had a small project (dry wall repairs from old air vents and replacing our front door with a new one + a storm door), and I reached out to Killians and it was an excellent process from start to finish. The owner had his PM reach out to me, and within a few days Matthew came out and looked at what needed to be done, and provided an estimate pretty quickly. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, answered any questions that we had, and communication was great. At the end of the project, the teams left our house spotless and very clean (honestly, probably the best contractors weve used in regards to leaving a job cleaner than it was before)! Miguel came on a Sunday and was a pro in his work. We are so grateful for his thoroughness and attention to detail in repairing parts of our ceiling and bathroom. Area that Miguel worked on looks beautiful, as if nothing had happened. Killian's is very reasonably priced for the quality of their work. We will certainly use Killian's again for one of our larger basement projects in the future.

We used Killian's to repair/replace and paint damaged drywall in our home and in our garage. Miguel was very communicative, responding promptly and making sure we understood all aspects of the proposal. He and his crew even came out over the weekend to fit us into their schedule! They arrived right when they said they would and finished early. We couldn't be happier with their work, which is indistinguishable from the rest of the room. Killians LLC did such a great job in our building. We had an enormous plastering job, all of our electrical had to be redone and we were left with rather large holes everywhere .They were very professional and neat , the men came in and went to work. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner and the walls and ceilings looked great!!! We we very pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

Killians LLC does great work. He was responsive, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He allowed me to send photographs of the ceiling I needed repaired in order to provide an estimate. He showed up earlier than expected, charged an appropriate amount for the work rendered, and gave an on-site estimate with advice for another project. It was a wonderful experience working with Killians. Miguel and his team were awesome. We had multiple projects going with them from building a closet, installing a radon pump in the attic and even doing a little roof work. They kept us informed each step of the way even getting all inspection approvals through the county in a timely manner. All work was top notch and I would highly recommend them.
