We asked him to paint the interior and exterior of our home, repair our gutters, power wash the house; patch large drywall holes, and find a solution to trimming our old homes interior doors. He responded quickly, communicated well, was on time each day, and provided extremely high quality work. I will most definitely think of his company anytime we need a projected done.

I called Kettering Maintenance Services and got a quote the same day from Jake who is the owner. He was very professional and was able to start my job the next day. Keep in mind, this was also in late December. It's a slower time of year for painters. He was able to completely paint the interior of my in about 3 days time. That was very convenient as I'm remodeling my entire home and needed it done quickly. I was fortunate that my job leaves me time to be home during a good portion of the day, so I got to know him pretty well. He is very personable, trustworthy and easy to work with. I felt comfortable leaving him by himself at my house while I had to run errands one of those days as well. My family and I are always looking for contractors like this. They're very hard to find. He will be my painter for a long time to come. I will recommend him to anyone who needs painting done right! Excellent job Jake!
