Kenyon re-stuccoed my residence in 2019 for $30,000+. However, in 2024 I noticed several large cracks in the stucco and even one area where it appears the stucco siding has bulged away from the wall which I am told may indicate the underlying lath has become detached from the wall. Additionally, multiple rust spots had appeared to have bled through the stucco, presumably from nails that were used in the re-stucco process by Kenyon. Realizing that the Kenyon warranty was only for 1-year after completion of the work, I did not pursue any remedy as warranty work. However, I did contact Kenyon and explained the stucco problem to their representative in April 2024, and asked if they would review the stucco issues as I described to them over the phone, and give me an estimate to "fix the problem." A Kenyon representative subsequently made an appointment to come to my residence on April 23rd to view the stucco problem, but never showed up or called to reschedule. I was left with the assumption that Kenyon did not want to be bothered. Based on my experience I would not recommend Kenyon to anyone who needs stucco work done.
