For the record, the workers were fantastic. They showed up when THEY told us they would be there. The work was mostly done, although we found some areas that were overlooked. I don't blame the guys, they were given a large project without additional support. Now for the bad: Once they start taking your money, communication essentially stopped. I spoke to the foreman who stated he would look into that issue, and get back to me. He didn't. The ONLY person that returned phone calls or emails was the interior design specialist, Kara. Infact, just yesterday, I got an impersonal invoice. No check in. No follow up. Good luck!

From the time Luke came out to give me an estimate on job cost every thing went very well. From the office to the guys doing the work were very helpful. From the sheet rock to the painting every thing was kept very clean and neat. All the work was done on time. I will have Kelly Brothers paint my house in the near future. Great job guys!!

Kelly Brothers did a great job on all the baseboards in my home. The estimation and sales process was very easy and straightforward and when I wanted to add to the scope, Luke processed a work order very quickly. The two painters who did the job worked cleanly and efficiently. The project took about two and a half days. When a couple pieces of hardware were not reinstalled, they came right back out and took care of it. The baseboards look lovely and refreshed and I am very happy with the work.

These folks did an outstanding job re-staining our 30-year-old home in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Reasonable pricing, very clear communications about options and the detailed plan. They managed to get us in late in the 2025 season before the onset of cold weather made it impossible to do the work. Showed up on time, worked quickly, thorough clean-up. House looks absolutely great. Will use again!

Everyone at Kelly Brothers is very professional, friendly, informative and willing to help make the process a smooth experience. They go above and beyond to explain everything clearly and in a timely manner. Isaac, the estimator is polite and arrives on time. He did a fabulous job coming out and taking pictures and documenting my property with notes about the painting that needed to be done to the exterior of my home. The price Isaac quoted was very reasonable. Kara, the paint consultant was friendly and provided advice and information about colors. Abraham and his painting crew did a phenomenal job! Im very impressed and ecstatic about the way my house looks now. Its absolutely beautiful!

Kelly Brothers has a very professional setup at every step. They made an appointment with me to look the house over, take photos and video, and confirm with their team about the stucco repairs that would need to be made. The quote itself came as a secure link and had multiple options that I could accept or reject (such as whether they would need a porta-potty or use my bathroom, optional repairwork done by them, etc). They discussed my timeline and told me up front about their concerns. They answered all of my questions about the process and the materials. It was clear that they knew our environment and how to paint stucco appopriately. The downpayment was made through their secure server with the understanding that the same card would be used at the end of the job. Their color specialist came out to meet with us and made sure that we had colors and offered to get paint chips for the HOA if we needed them. The paint team arrived on time, did a great job of masking all of the doors, windows, and sidewalks after the exterior pressure wash. They scraped, sanded where necessary, then caulked around windows. Paint was applied in at least two coats, sometimes more if the fascia had to be sealed first. At the end of the painting, we walked around the entire home to spot any areas that needed a touchup. The guys were very happy to do it, even if it meant bringing out the big ladders again. The foreman told me that if we spotted any areas for touchup in the next year, they'd happily come out to take care of them. We compared quotes from other companies (and to be fair, they also treated us well), but we had to balance our budget for the job and Kelly Brothers beat the others on price and services. We have no regrets about it and will recommend them to all of our friends.

Jesus and his team of David, Manuel, and Kennedy did an EXCELLENT job on an older home. There are 4 decks, numerous sliding doors, posts , and beams. Priming and much sealing was required. It was a VERY difficult but well done job. 2nd time I've overseen Jesus/Kelly Bros. for owners and highly recommend them.

Professional team, competitively priced, and excellent work product. From the start, when Chloe the estimator came to our property, we were impressed that she filmed the outside of our property which provided a helpful point of reference in our following discussions as we made adjustments to scope of work during the process. She provided us with an estimate that beat out two other bids, and was very patient with us as we finalized the scope of the project. We were thankful to Kara the color consultant for her guidance in picking colors, placement of colors, and the mock-ups she provided to give us a visual. We appreciated Kyndra the operations coordinator for being flexible on our start date due to other projects pending completion. We also found working with Angela the Executive Director, Controller on financing/payment to be painless. Lastly, a big shout out to the Foreman Ricky, and his team of painters, who did a tremendous job, scraping, filling in cracks/holes, spaying and back brushing the exterior of our house - going above and beyond - to make sure we were completely happy. They are all an incredible team, and I would recommend Kelly Bros. painting. Thank you!

Weve owned this house since 1989 and have had many different staining/painting contractors over those years. Unquestionably Kelly Bros, has been the best by far. A competitive price but most of all the professional approach, starting with the color coordinator and ending with a top group of workers. Best the house had looked in many, many years. From start to finish, this experience was both professional and meticulous. Our painting team was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Initial contact for estimate, color selection, power washing, stucco repair, painting and clean up all were done with great care. The team took special care when our two small dogs required potty breaks. They did a great job.
