Had Kelly Brothers a couple years back. Do my garage floor in Epoxy. It started to peel. Called a few times, no response. Now its starting to peel all over the garage. I would not recommend them, if your thinking of epoxying your garage.

I hired them again for painting the interior of a townhousd and was very disappointed. They were supposed to show up at between 8:00 and 9:00 but they showed up at 7:00. When the job was completed I received a call that they were done. When I went to check it out they had not painted 1 door. I was told they were removing the doors for painting but they painted all but one door in place, slopping paint on the hinges. I contacted them and they wanted pictures and wanted a supervisor to inspect the door instead of just painting the door. There's more... but I will never use these guys again.

We had the outside of our home painted last year, we were so impressed with the team and the work, we decided to paint the inside. Gatto and his team rocked the job. Every detail was perfect. They did a wonderful job, professional and very neat. Cleaned up every night and started on time every day. My only problem is I have nothing else to paint!!! We had a wonderful experience with Kelly Brother's Painting (exterior painting of home). The thing that really stands out was their excellent customer service and constant communication. Isaac did a great job providing us with details and made great recommendations. I really appreciated the good communication and the ability to get someone on the phone and they were very responsive to e-mails. We had an extra hurdle of dealing with an HOA that needed to approve everything first, and Kelly Brothers understood the process and was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Justos Crew just finished exterior paint at 1730 Glen Cove Court. Excellent job, finished early changing color from light to dark in a heavy stucco finish that took extra care to get all the crevices. Great, responsive crew and supervisor. Wife and I could not be more pleased with the job. The sales guy Issac was excellent incorporating detailed video in the proposal to document all that we discussed. Contractor hired these guys to paint the interior of a new construction home before the floors went in. Shouldve been easy to do a great job. Not what we got. We have skipped spots throughout the house, poor coverage, roller marks, and in general substandard quality, according the 3rd party inspector. We paid a hefty price for a professional job but thats not anywhere near what we got. The owner came and we showed him their work. They came back, fixed a couple issues and left everything else. We wouldve expected them to check their own work and come back once to fix it all. Who wants to chase someone who still delivers poor quality? Save yourself the hassle, expense and disappointment. These guys charge more and deliver less.

We've had Kelly Brothers out to clear our roofs twice this season. Both times, the crews were efficient and cleared our roofs (one full clearing, one partial clearing) to perfection. In particular, we like that they use safety equipment when needed and provide before and after pictures. It's a pleasure to work with Kelly Brothers, from our first contact with the office staff to the men who do the heavy lifting.

Kelly Brothers Painting provided the best experience possible for our huge job. Their workers, Jesus, Alejandro, Jesus, David and Omar were extremely courteous, respectful and efficient. The management team of Kevin, Erin, Mike, Kyndra and Lauren were excellent communicators and super cooperative. We couldn't be happier with our log home interior - 2.5 weeks to complete 3,300 square feet of total wood - from log walls to the immense vaulted ceilings - it was the cleanest, best experience we've ever had with painters. Updated review: Chris from Kelly Brothers Painting did reach out to me and sincerely apologized for what he explained was an error in processing. Apparently, they were undergoing some staffing changes during my project and some of my issues (which I bring up in my original review below) slipped between the cracks of communication. He did seem genuinely apologetic on our call and I can tell he takes pride in his and his teams work. They quickly resolved my "forgotten" discount and said they would come out in the spring and fix some of the minor cosmetic issues I complained about. I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars: Chris was very nice to deal with and the work the painters did was solid, but I have to dock a star for the mistakes in payment, the communication challenges, and the effort and time it took to resolve my problem. If you are looking to have your home painted, I would recommend Kelly Brothers Painting as I do feel I may have experienced a one-off problem. Original review: The work they did was pretty solid although there were some minor cosmetic issues I was surprised to see for how much I paid. But that's about where the positives of this business end. Communication within Kelly Brothers Painting is pretty poor. Everytime I needed to reach out it seemed like my messages never made it to the right person. Exceptional delays between messages that required me to inquire about again and again. This appears to be their modus operandi; while I initially figured they were just busy, it became apparent this was more like a strategy by the end of my painting job. Simply ignore the customer and say you're doing something and never get back to them. One huge issue I had with them is that I was offered a discount on my home's painting project before it had started. Upon completion, I was never contacted about how to pay - they simply charged the card I had used for the deposit - and worse, they never applied the discount I was promised. I contacted them about it multiple times and was told it was being looked into but eventually the communication stopped and I never heard back. In summary, if you need to have your home painted, look elsewhere for better quality of work, a better price, open communication, and honest business practices.

We partnered with Kelly Brothers to do stucco repair and whole house repainting after a roof replacement due to snow and ice dam damages. Kelly Brothers were fantastic! Both the stucco repair crew and the painting crew were aces, super professional, and really helpful. Communications were great, and they went out of their way to provide additional help in repairing soffit materials. They were so fast and precise with the work, and they worked really hard to not only do a great job, but their site clean up after the job was finished was flawless. I am so happy we chose Kelly brothers. Special thank you to Mark L, Carlos and the rest of the crew. I highly recommend Kelly Brothers and they are my go to partner for all the services they offer. Such nice people to work with, from booking, to scheduling, to the great work crews, and the follow-up from the office. I really appreciate the partnership!

First time owner builder here. Kelly brothers were very easy to work with. Isreal, the foreman, is a wealth of knowledge for anything drywall and paint related. He took the time to explain the different steps and crews that would be in and out of the house. Which helped put my mind at ease. Also, everyone on the Kelly Brother team are very polite and clean up after themselves. Doesnt sound like much but when you actually build your own houses these little things make a HUGE diff. Also another important thing. They pick up their phones when you have questions. This is a huge plus for anyone working in this field. All in all, if you need drywall and paint things they are my first and only stop.

We hired Kelly Brothers this summer to paint our stairwell after a refrigerator delivery did a fair amount of cosmetic damage to our home. The ceiling, stairway railing and walls were pretty beat up. Everything went well from estimating, scheduling, to the actual painting. We worked with Mike Crandall for estimating the job and the initial estimate. We worked with Erin and Lauren in the office and they were very responsive and helpful. Sean did all the paint work. I would highly recommend their services.
