Contacted about getting an estimate for water damage ceiling repair. Part of my roof had failed and it had been leaking into the attic and ceiling for some time. He set me up with his helper, which was closer to my location, and the dude did not call me so I had to chase him down. I sent him a picture of damage and he told me he would follow up after holidays. He did not so I had to text him several time throughout a week to get him to talk to me. He responded on 1/14 and said he would stop by on Tues (17th). 17th came and went. I contacted Kevin and he talked to the helper and then the helper texted me and said he didn't mean the 17th....he meant 24th. I told him I just needed an estimate and it was sorta time sensitive. He told me the picture just looked like a bad paintjob. Then he lost his cool and told me he wasn't going to waste his time and gas money on such a small job. Kevin seemed like a good dude but just beware when using the service.
