Had Keith out for a quote a couple months ago... and could immediately tell he was an owner/operator. He had precise details, pointed out areas that would need special attention, and was clear and concise while he walking me through the layout of the project. He built trust immediately and I was confident in his ability to handle the work in a timely manner. We decided to go with Keith and were very pleased we decided to do so. The work consisted of every wall in our basement... a pretty good sized job. Ken was prompt with the work... very communicative, respectful, transparent, and friendly. Keith just finished up repairing the ceiling in our garage. He came out for an estimate promptly, was able to get the job done the next day, and gave us options on how to approach the repair. During the repair they found a bowed ceiling joist and made sure to level out the structure before putting the new drywall up. Keith and his team were friendly and respectful. Just an all around good experience.

Keith set an appointment to give me an estimate for some drywall damage caused by a leaking pipe. Keith was right on time and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. We set an appointment to do the work the following week. He showed on time and completed the work in less time than he promised. The work looks great! I will definitely use Keith again.

I scheduled an appointment with Keith for an estimate and gave him detailed directions as to the location and appearance of our house because it can be tricky to find (it is a corner lot and the driveway is off of the perpendicular street). When he was approximately 30 minutes late I called to see if he would still be coming. He informed me that he had been in my neighborhood but couldn't find it so left and was booked the rest of the day so wouldn't be coming back. He said he attempted to call me but the number he wrote down wasn't right, despite the fact that he had called me 2 days prior to return my original voicemail and set up the appointment. I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and how he didn't care at all to lose a potential customer. Glad I found that out before I hired him!
