I will give this company 5 stars because they earned it. They took a worthless 1 car garage on an old house and turned it into a fantastic master bedroom with walk in closet. Everything was top notch without missing a step. If you need a house built or a remodel call Kevin, I highly recommend.

Highly recommend for ANY major projects you have. Kevin and Maria were spot on in handling a couple of crazy restoration projects. Two 1900's homes which one needed 3 separate full framing bids and a full siding Remodel on the other. Neither of these jobs were easy, and they were both very knowledgeable on troubleshooting each step, explaining what was required, getting the job done very quickly, and at a very reasonable cost.

We absolutely loved working with Kevin. He did the build for my husbands lift. He was fast and helpful considered all the important things. My husband is a new amputee and we dont know all the things we need to. He was so helpful. Cleaned up all their spots and kept us in the loop. Just wish the electrician was as fast and efficient as he was. We are still waiting on him so the lift can be put in. Highly recommend Kevin and his team.

My family of seven woke up to a cold, 60 house on Christmas morning. I knew K and M construction dont necessarily specialize in furnace repair, but I contacted them, hoping they could give me some general information and at least point me in a helpful direction. They proceeded to go above and beyond in every way! First of all, they made a house call to my home on Christmas Day to look at my furnace. They provided me with their analysis and they even gave me a few space heaters to use in the meantime. They gave me multiple contacts of trusted partners they have worked with for me to call. After two consultations, our furnace ended up being repaired within a few days. To make a much longer story short, the information, directions, and help provided to me by K and M Construction ultimately ended up saving me about $6000 in a total furnace replacement. I am very grateful for the ways in which they went above, and beyond to help me , even if it didnt necessarily mean an immediate benefit for them- which shows me they care just as much about the people they serve as the business they do. Thank you K and M construction!
