Great experience! Dave was thorough with what to expect and made a perfect suggestion of color for our accent wall. Jorge and his team were timely, friendly, and did excellent work patching and painting a large room with high ceilings, entryway and hallways. Cindy kept everything organized with her calls and emails along the way.

Great job by Kaizen Painters. Had four rooms, stairway and second level hallway repaired and painted in two days, including baseboards. Looks terrific! They were quick but the job was very neat!

We recently invested a large sum of both money and time on this major painting project. Dave, the owner, and Cindy, the office mgr, easily calmed our fears. They were SO great to work with every step of the way. The crew, led by Guillermo, were extremely friendly, polite and most of all competent! My neighbor, who has done commercial painting for years, gave their work high praise. Everyone whos seen the before and after commented on how wonderful everything looks. I would definitely recommend AND use again.

An excellent job as usual . The painters were neat and skilled as always. They sent a crew in and the hallway and atrium in the house were done in a day including a lot of ladder work. . They cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The quality of the drywall repairs and painting was excellent. Would use again.

Kaizen Painters did a spectacular job painting my home. I highly recommend them. I am a perfectionist by nature, so I am always nervous when work needs to be done on my home. This also makes me a tough customer. Scheduling an appointment online was very easy, and I received an email confirmation. Dave was knowledgeable and friendly, providing me with a quote on the spot. All the paperwork was organized neatly in a folder. I was worried about choosing the right color and changed my mind a couple of times, but Cindy was patient and understanding throughout. If I had any questions Dave always answered my call or called me back the same day. My house has rough brick, and we went from pale yellow brick to charcoal gray. I wondered if they could cover all the crevicesand yes, it came out perfect. Jorge was a such a pleasure to work with. I was still nervous about the color so after he finished the primer (without me asking) Jorge stayed late to paint a small area so I could see how it looked, which was very kind of him. It was just the right color, and I could finally sleep that night. Jorge and his partner were meticulous, even with the primer, covering every spot! We had rain all week, but Jorge and his partner came out on a Sunday to work and get the job done. The paint color is dark, and they made sure every brick was painted with clean lines around our windows and cement patio. Along the way I received emails for the invoices and receipts of payment which was also convenient and nice to have for my records. As I said, I am a perfectionist, and the job turned out perfect! There was so much attention to detail from start to finishfrom the estimate to the scheduling and support to the painting.

Kaizen did a great job coming out and made our storage container look new. It wasn't your normal project, but Kaizen took it on and did great work. Big thanks from the whole Neptune's Plumbing team!!
