Where can I begin. I called Jeremy for a quote for a bathroom remodel and a basement finish he was in the area and said he could come by at 4pm that day. We spoke for 20 minutes and I got a very good vibe of his energy. He met with my wife spent 2 hours going over details and making sure he had a clear understanding of her wants and made some suggestions himself. He had the very reasonable quote completed in 2 days and we agreed to begin early. Jeremy and his entire crew were a pleasure to deal with they were honest and respectful of our home and our property. Along the way we discovered several other smaller projects we needed completed and they were able to complete all above expectations. Every detail of the project was meticulously done and never rushed. The attention to detail and adaptability of every person in the crew was above and beyond. When the town inspector arrived he specifically commented to me that the materials and work being done was the highest quality well above any town code. We look forward to another project next spring with JD Renovations and he will be first and only call for my family and friends for any future projects

Jeremy did a very good job on two bathroom replacement projects plus tiling, plastering, etc, for a new kitchen. He was very patient during these renovation jobs in a Victorian-era house for which we had to source antique items one by one, such as doors, tiles, mirrors. He was a perfectionist at heart, and so a few times seemed down about the work outcomes. Costs were very reasonable and fully transparent and daily communications and scheduling went smoothly.

Buyer please beware! Don't waste your time putting things in writing or giving him any money. The other negative review is correct. He is not honorable with pricing he will try to rewrite payment arrangements in the middle of the job when he is low on cash and then threaten to leave the job if you don't meet his demands. It would be best to look elsewhere.

Jeremy did an amazing job on our bathroom at a very reasonable price. We started out with a 6x7 lime green bathroom and expanded 2 feet into another room to get more space. We had a vision for what we wanted to do and Jeremy did such a good job putting it all together. If there was any issues that came up, he was prompt to resolve them and always had great communication. We couldnt be happier with our bathroom!

Jeremy did a great job removing our shower walls and replacing them with prefabricated inserts. He was careful to cut out existing tiles without any damage to the overall appearance and installed new shower facet/ plumbing fixtures. He also repaired the toilet drain piping that was old, rusty, and leaking into the basement. Clean, efficient, reasonably priced, and fast. Best part is that he is conscientious and great at communication especially because we live out of state. He was responsive and often sent us photos and videos of his progress and finished product. Highly recommended! We will definitely use him again!

Jeromy installed tile around our bathtub and bathroom floor. We were very pleased with the outcome. He pays close attention to detail, and checks in regularly to ensure it's installed as we expect (i.e. design, spacing, etc.). Communication was excellent, and he kept us in the loop on when we can expect him or if he will be arriving a little later due to other errands, etc. Lastly, he is very nice to work with, easy-going, flexible, and friendly. We had minor adjustments to the original plan we discussed with him, and he was very helpful with providing recommendations and picking up the necessary materials. Overall, we would hire him again and recommend him for tile work.

He cares a lot about the job, communicated well about whats needed for the job and followed through the with all the details the job required. He even suggested some styles/designs that I ended up going with. Jeremy is the first person I call whenever I needed a job to be done. Whenever his busy schedule permits, I am happy to wait for his to put me on his schedule because I know the job will be done properly. I was recommended to JD renovations from Facebook. I messaged him for a hose leaking in my basement ceiling. He showed up to my house in 10 minutes and assessed the situation. He went to the store and got the parts he needed. Came back and fixed it quick! Then I told him about my faucet running non stop and he immediately jumped on that task and fixed it right away! Hes very knowledgeable and everything came out great! And his prices were cheap!!! Plus hes licensed and insured! Definitely call him for your needs!
