This is the second painting job by J&B painting. They were so good, professional and great price we had them do the entire inside of our house, including removing wallpaper, texturing of the areas from the wall paper removal, new AC outlet vents. John the owner even came out and chatted with my wife, to assure her everything would be taken care of, because she was stressing. They worked around our schedules to ensure we were not inconvenienced, during the painting and cleaned up daily. Dan gave us a very fair estimate and worked with the team, to assure everything met our expectations. Then the real team of professional painters, with Mike as the lead and expert went to work. Mike's team included David and Maverick under Mike's guidance did an excellent job. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will definitely use them again, when we have painting that needs to be done.

Just WOW! J&B Painting is the BEST! I used to own a painting business and this company did such an amazing job of prepping stripping it down to bare metal scraping grinding for days. I wish I could find my before picture. It was rusting underneath the paint and lumpy and gross and dark. It looked horrible and the condo is approximately 18.5 years old the Palma Bella. The entire building, including our unit is just impeccably maintained, but not the railing. I looked at jobs that other people in our building had done with professionals and by far I am so much more impressed with this painting company they put the time in to do it right. Not because I said something but because this is the way this company does business they do it right they spend the labor and the time to do it correctly for it to last long term. They are also competitively priced for much much better work than I have ever seen. They also painted our elevator foyer. It turned out amazing. They did the ceiling, the walls, the baseboards perfectly. I will use them for every single painting need I have for the rest of my life. This is no BS. These people are for real. You cant find anybody as good as they are. I want to put a special mention for AJ and Jason. They were the two leads supervising a couple other guys that was working with them. They know their jobs theyve been doing in a long time. These are long-term employees. They do not have turnover like most paint companies. We highly highly recommend them. You cant find better professionals!

I couldnt be more pleased with the services provided by J&B Painting for the exterior of my home! Everyone involved from start to finish were professional, punctual, and accommodating to our needs and requests. I met with Dan who guided me through the whole project with ease and patience as we waited for HOA approval. He kept the lines of communication open and responded to texts and phone calls immediately. Ritchie provided stucco demo and repair, and let me just say....seamless! You would never know the house was severely cracked and damaged. The stucco finish blends in perfectly. I wish I would have gotten everyones names of the crew that came out to complete the paint project. I am so pleased with the quality of workmanship and the care and time they took to prep and cleanup. They provided extra attention to detail on my address wall plaque and all the smallest little spaces. The results far exceeded my expectations and it is even more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be in my mind. I love my house again, thanks to all of you at J&B. I cant wait to get my yard fixed up to match the beauty of the house now so I can get back on here and share photos. Let me just start by saying great people to talk to and deal with when it comes to figuring out whats best for my home. Had them out was Looking to make an old house look new again without buying a new house. John personally came out walked around the house with me help me with different ideas with taking my thoughts in to consideration on colors and weather we should pull the wood of the house an do stucco instead or just do a repaint. We decided to stucco the whole house being it was a block home and why would you want wood on it. He gave me a quote from start to finish whole job wich after seeing a few others he was a little higher but we still went with him seeing he came so highly recommended an let me tell you was not disappointed. Glad we went with them after 2 days of work being completed he came out walked the whole job with me and pointed out the smallest of spots that I didnt even noticed an had his guy back there next day to make sure job was 1000 percent right. It always comes to say you get what you pay for a with the quality of paint and workmanship I dont regret using them at all. FYI I called an even priced paint an was shocked how much paint really cost now days an see why prices are what they are.

Had them come quote my home for painting. They were very nice and friendly. However the quote was more than 2x others for the same work. I understand everyone has there own pricing and ways to do work but for 1 company to be at $3k and these guys to be over $7k seems a little absurd. They are trying to upsell stucco repairs that does not need to be done. My home is a single story home requires zero ladders. As they came in saying this is a simple job to being so much higher than the other companies out there. I cannot speak for there work as ther is no way they will get this job. Im sure they do good work but wow at the cost of what? Some primer some paint. I wish them the best I do hope others do there research as well. Unfortunately its very hard to justify others coming in around $3-4k and these guys over $7k. Best of luck out there sometimes when your to big its more about money than it is customers.

We interviewed 5 painters before we found J & B. Boy are we glad we found them! They painted every surface on the outside of our property and we couldn't be happier. Michael and the crew were at our house for 8 days doing the job because there was so much to paint. They were so professional, answered every question we had and even made suggestions on things they could do to make the outcome even better. The only thing that went wrong was a blade got broken on our 20 year old outside ceiling fan. Instead of just replacing the blades on the fan John bought us a whole new fan of our choice. We also had a section of ceiling fixed that was damaged when our roof leaked, the job was done so well you can't tell there was ever an issue with the ceiling. If we ever need anything else repaired or painted J & B painting will be the one we call. Thank you John and team!

Dear Friends, This writing is my first posting online to commend the work of a company. J&B Painting Plus Is owned by John Benning. He assigned Jim and Steve to fulfill a complex painting contract on a significant home located in Sugar Mill. Jim and Steve evaluated the house, clean the entire house, including soffit and facia. They carefully repaired small cracks and primed metal corners. They then applied LOXON which is a sealer that knocks down, chalky residue and improves paint adhesion. They were careful to performed other activities which insured a terrific outcome. As Steve and Jim worked on our home I was very impressed with their work ethic. They were punctual and well organized! Jim and Steve were thorough with each step of the process and accommodated suggestions and explained the importance of each step. This had the effect of conveying confidence to me. They were careful and safe in spite of having to work off of ladders. Frankly, their workmanship was far above what I was expecting. They used spraying techniques, rollers and paint brushes to apply paint to window banding, garage doors and the body of the home. Very professional crew. They spoke highly of their boss. John furnished the BEST paint and supported my new found friends. I would absolutely support this company with a ten star rating. Fairly priced, good service and no baloney. Best regards, Dr. Jim H.
