I am a landlord who has done some plaster patching myself. But I will always ask these guys to do it in the future. Clear communication and estimate, timely arrival, meticulous job, and thorough cleaning. Everything you can ask for. Don't waste your time going to Home Depot buying tools and wasting your time. Worst experience ever with a contractor. I just needed simple drywall repairs. Thyago, who is from Brazil, has no idea about American building codes. He also lies to you and talks to you like you don't have a clue. See images, this is what I paid $1,200+ for.

James came over today and patched up several large holes from some electrical work I did. He is one of the best contractors I've worked with, he moved everything out of the way, down paper and plastic coverings, covered his shoes and then went to work. I've tried plaster repair myself and it's hard. It's an art James is an artist. He made everything look like new and then did a great job cleaning up. Fantastic work.
