My sister had use Mr. Linares services six years ago, she was very very pleased with the work done and now that I needed help she gave me his telephone number. He was available at my first call and after he gave me the reasonable estimate he started the work. He was thorough, professional, and did a very good job. I highly recommend him for his honesty, punctuality and desire to do his best.

Jaime was extremely helpful with my permitting for a project I had already had completed. He knew exactly what was needed from me to ensure that the approval process moved as quickly as it could have. Even with a few small hurdles, he kept me informed throughout the entire process. This is definitely a process you need a professional to handle and Jaime is the guy to get it done. Will gladly use him for future contractor needs.

Jaime's construction did a wonderful job on remodeling my bathroom. I have never done any kind of remodeling in my house and Jaime was so helpful. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner and did the work on time. He will be doing my second bathroom.

I called for floor and kitchen renovations. I was left flabbergasted from his unprofessional responses. While attempting to get a quote from him, he gave me completely unwarranted insults, then hung up on me. Completely random and out of the blue. 0/10. Wouldnt recommend his service ever.

I would not recommend this guy to do any work. I called him to get an estimate on my condo here in boynton beach. I have alot of work that needed to be done and he stated that it would be 450 dollars for him to right up an estimate. I paid that money for the estimate and to my disappointment the estimate was not detailed like I expected. I could have wrote that estimate myself in 20 minutes it is sad how these construction are getting over on customers. His original quote he tried to charge me 25,000 dollars to do some paint my condo which is 1536 sqft as well with that replace my some of my flooring not all of it. It also included putting back some baseboards and putting back up some door frames. He then asked me if I was okay with that and then when I told him that he was basically ripping me off he changed his number by almos t 8k dollars. I didnt know you could drive ariound and make 450 dollars per visit giving horrible estimates. After reaching out this him about he tried to refund me 150 dolllars and I told him that was not acceptable that the estimate he wrote was lucky to be 100 dollars. I tried to upload the estimate but unfortunately google says there is a server error.

Jaime's Construction did a outstanding job on my repair of steps and handrail to my back porch. Jaime was on time with giving a estimate and once I decided to go with him he scheduled work right away. He was on time easy to comunicate with and did a great job. I went over various other projects that might need to be done in the near future and he is going to give us estimates for those as well. Will use again. A good value!

We used Jaimes Construction Services to refurbish the West Palm Beach condominium we were taking over after finding his advertisement in the homeowners association newspaper. Jaime Linares, the owner, visited the condo, discussed what we were interested in doing and came up with what we considered to be a fair price to remove the popcorn ceilings and mirrored living room wall, remove the false kitchen ceiling, renovate two bathrooms, install a new bedroom fan, install new molding after the floors were re-done and then paint the entire unit. With Jaimes assistance, we ordered the necessary materials and had him install everything. Because we live in New Jersey and because the construction commenced in March 2020 just before the pandemic started, most of our dealings with Jaime were done remotely through phone calls, emails and texted pictures. The work was done on-time and without delay, nor at any reported inconvenience to the neighbors in terms of noise or housekeeping. Though we have not been back to Florida to inspect the property in-person, we are confident Jaime did what he agreed to. Furthermore, Jaime has continued to offer to rectify any checklist items we run across when we finally get to Florida. In summary, we trusted Jaime and his company with our property and would recommend him to anyone needing extensive renovation services.
