Raul the owner is as good of a guy as they come. He is honest, hardworking and his employees are held to that standard. The girls in the office are always on their A game and know how to handle business.

The original crew that they sent in was amazing they were two women that did a great job. They had an excellent professional mannerism the second crew they sent in for four women today who is Sanded the drywall from the day before, but did not clean up after themselves, which led to a slip and fall in the house they did not even attempt to clean up the drywall dust, and it is everywhere. They were sent from Ici homes. I would hope that Ici could find a different vendor.

They are contracted with ICI homes. The first team made such a mess with my drywall and paint, a second team came out and made it worse. They walked off the job in August 2022. Left us with a large amount of unfinished work. Ive tried to reach out multiple times to contact this company independently so they can complete unfinished items with no response back. We found out that they made a comment to the Warranty department that I would never be happy not sure who would be happy with the condition Our house is currently in. Unfinished drywall repairs, nail pops, globs of drywall stuck in paint, drips, unfinished paint, Etc. etc. I sent the receptionist photographs of the unfinished work. We dealt with this company with a previous builder with the exact same result. Completely unethical company. Overheard the owner speaking with my warranty supervisor that he dreaded this house. Thats not what a homeowner wants to hear when they are living in a construction site and continue to live in one that is unfinished and incomplete.

Horrible experience with this company. Employees do not care about quality of work. The overall quality of the job is terrible and most of it had to be redone multiple times and finally had to find another contractor to complete. Avoid this company if you want quality. Avoid this company if you want the work done on time or even at all.
