I've hired Jason to work on my rentals in Duluth for 15 years. The last project I hired him for he asked for a down payment. Which was unusual because he never asked for down payments in the past. But because he did a good job for 15 years I gladly paid him the $6000. Shortly after I paid the excuses started coming as to why he couldn't finish. So disappointing. Been battling with him for 2 years to return the $6000. So far I have received $1200. If you go with Jason definitely do NOT pay until the work is complete.

Exterior house painting and took almost three years from start to finish! Three entire summers of not being able to complete the job bc he just wouldnt come for weeks at a time... and wouldnt respond to requests. When he did, he always had excuses, made promises to come soon on an upcoming day, and he he wouldnt show... how inexcusable when this happens repeatedly. Its not a way to do business. My very ill and dying father just wanted his house painted so he could move (had hoped to, before he died) or even sell it!! I would never hire this man based on this experience. Even in Duluth, it shouldnt require three summers. Yes we were in a pandemic. However, when painting you are working outside away from people so therefore, not have been an issue anyway!

He came and repaired the drywall in our basement bathroom and installed drywall in our basement living room. He was on time and communicated very well. Work was perfectly done. 100% satisfied and recommend. If you want someone to actually show up and do the job well this is your guy.

Jason recently did work at our home repairing drywall and painting. He did a great job and the rates were very reasonable.

Jason did an awesome job on tape/mud/primer coat/ceil-konck down on our cabin. Very detailed and clean. His company is one you'd like to use for drywall.
