We have been home owners in Fullerton for almost 40 years and we have been through our share of remodels, painting, and general home repairs. We can honestly say that J&M General Contractors, Inc has been one of the best experiences we have had in dealing with our home. Mike and Nancy came and measured throughout and provided a timely and reasonable estimate. Once the work began, their workers came early, stayed late, and worked hard throughout the day. They removed and/or repaired dry rot and termite damage around the entire house. They replaced two thresholds, re-caulked all of our windows, and painted everything with two coats. I said I wanted an overhang (or awning) over our front porch to protect the front door from the sun and they went above and beyond in designing it and installing it. We couldn't be happier.

We recently added a back kitchen and we chose J & M as our contractor because their quote is reasonable and they appear to be honest, experienced and down-to-earth. And I am glad we made the choice! Mike is the man. He is easy to work with. He listens to our needs, and constantly look out for cost effective solutions. His crew was prompt, polite and productive. They cleaned up before they leave, and make sure you are happy with their work. Pretty much everything was completed according to the original schedule, even if we threw a couple of curve balls. More importantly, the project was finished in time for my daughter's wedding!

We have been using J & M Contracting for about 8 years now. The quality of their work is excellent. We have had them install a new electrical panel, drywall, paint inside and out side, stucco and texture. The entire team is great to work with. They removed siding, installed hardy cement trim, recessed lighting in the eaves. They are clean, respectful and always on time. The quotes are always reasonable. You will not be disappointed with the results. They listen to what we wanted and provided their professional input as well as alternate ideas for us to consider.
