They gave me a quote for 3 bathroom cellings then set up a start time of fri afternoon which changed to monday, when monday came he said he couldn't start, so he set a new time tue at 1130 , I took the day off and got kids out of the house since all the bathrooms would be of limits, he texted me at 230 tuesday 3 hours after his start time he couldn't make it again and promised to be there first thing at 830 in the morning, so I took the morning off again, he never showed or texted or called i texted him 3 more times left a vm asking what was going on and no response. I was a referral as well, maybe something beter then my 2500 job came up i guess, the last text or communication was he would be there at 830, we waited all day gave him the benfit of maybe family emergency so texted him wed still no explanation no response. This was after he looked at the job sent me the quote, approved the price and set a start time and day which i had to wait 2 weeks for. Painting 3 bathroom celings should be a fairly easy job we had someone do it in a day and a half who actually showed up when scheduled. I WOULD NOT give this guy any upfront money he lacks comunication and will string you along looking for a bigger job then will ghost you. I have dealt with many contracters but never had to change my schedule 5 times because of no shows and last minute schedule changes to accomidate them to then get ghosted and had to start the process all over again. Thats why i feel I had to put this post up he obviously has zero respect for his customer's time and want people to be aware before hiring or giving money.

I was looking for drywallers in the area since ours backed out on us, and lets just say I am so grateful for this team! We told them we needed it done by thanksgiving and Bryan asked other clients if they would be flexible with their timeline a little so he could get us done. Thankfully one client was and he started on Monday the week before thanksgiving and got us done on Saturday. Normally he doesnt work Saturdays but he did for us because he knew we needed things to be done. His work is amazing and we will definitely be using him again in the summer time for another project. His bid was very competitive and he promised to meet our very aggressive timeline. He was on time to do the work and finished ahead of schedule. Mom was a smoker and he knew just how to handle the application. He even went the extra mile and did a few things we hadn't discussed at no extra charge. Bryan and Luca did an amazing job repairing the drywall in our new home and painting the upstairs. They were very responsive, professional and finished the job in a timely manner. They were also very reasonably priced compared to some of the other quotes I received. They did their best to work with our schedule so we could get everything done before our new carpet was installed and thanks to their help the walls in our new house all look good as new! I was supposed to have IWT drywall and paint hang and finish drywall in my bathroom.(my only bathroom in the house)I sent him photos of the job we agreed on a price and have a date set to start. (2 weeks from then) the day before he was supposed to show up he made a excuse that he couldn't show up he asked to reschedule i asked him when he could start on the new schedule. Mean while I have tile people already scheduled to come out 4 days after he was supposed to be done. He just decided to stop getting back with me I pleated with him telling him I have i have tile people ready to start and if i didn't have a close time frame i had to give up my spot in line he didn't care he never got back with me after I called left voice mails texts he just dropped off the face of the earth so if you use this company I hope you have better luck than what I had because I wouldn't use them if they were the last company that did drywall very upset and extremely disappointed 10-10 NOT PROFESSIONAL

I can not say enough about Bryan and his crew! I have had MANY contractors over the 25 years, renovate, paint etc, on numerous houses and they all have fell short of my expectations! If I pointed out issues with their work, I was always met with excuses, debates and legal actions. I never felt comfortable in my own home when work was being done. NOT THE CASE WITH IWT PAINT AND DRYWALL! They are professional, timely, price conscious, EXPERTS IN PAINTING AND OTHER SERVICES! I was updated daily on their progress and what to expect. They listened to any issues or concerns I had and immediately addressed them, reassuring me that things would be fixed and THEY WERE! Bryan was SO FLEXIBLE! If I changed my mind or came up with another idea, he said YES! At the end of each day they left the area they worked on cleaner than when they started. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AGAIN! Was scheduled to have my new whole home painted, unfortunately they rescheduled 1st then after that they never responded on showed up. Very disappointing especially when planning on painting before moving in. To your response an apology for not showing up would be better. I have a whole text and call history on my phone. You didn't call or show up. So yes telling the truth is much better then letting someone go thru this terrible scenario. After lots of extra work we got a painter to show up 1 week later, thanks for your concern.
