We hired them to paint the interior of our home earlier this year following their drywall installation.(they do drywall AND paint) The main job looked fine at first, but there were many unfinished areas and touchups needed. Over 6 months later, the job is still not done despite repeated calls, texts, and promises. The painter even came back once, realized he didnt have enough paint, said hed return, and never did. Both he and the owner have since stopped responding. Robyn insisted I pay in full when the project was mostly finished, assuring me theyd come back to complete it but they never did. Theres no quality control or accountability. Several areas were left unpainted or sloppily done (door frames, switch plates, and even a full wall section). Weve lived for 4 months with blue tape marking all the unfinished spots and rusting paint cans on the front porch, waiting for a crew that never returned. Ive been more than patient and gave them every chance to make it right, but the lack of follow-through, basic communication and professionalism is unacceptable. They even told me stories of their previous jobs and how "crazy" they went... I wish I had seen the red flag then, that it wasn't the customer who was difficult... it was the Shipskies that failed their paying customers who thought they were getting more than just subpar work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
