Poor customer service. Mickel was unprofessional and misleading, and a waste of my time. I called the owner, Mickel, for an estimate and he said he could help me. He sent me a link to fill it with my info and I met him at the house a few days later. He again told me he could help, and we talked about all the damage and what exactly I was needing. He told me he was busy but would have an estimate to me ASAP, (within a couple days) Several days went by and I never heard from him. I waited a week and I tried to call, no answer. I texted him to make sure he hadnt forgotten about me, he responded and told me he hasn't and that he was trying to finish the jobs he was working on before Labor Day and that he would have it to me by the weekend. I was understanding and I thanked him. He knew I needed this estimate for my insurance to get the ball rolling, and that he was the only contractor I called. When another couple weeks passed, I reached out to him again with no luck. He ghosted me and would no longer respond to my text messages or calls. This went on for over a month. I finally realized he had no intention on ever helping me or my tenant, let alone getting back to me. Mickel still never responded to me or my text messages. Had he communicated with me or told the truth, things would have been different. If he was no longer interested in the job (which wasnt huge but wasnt small, either) he should have communicated this to me instead of lying and stringing me alone, wasting more of my time and energy. I would not have been upset. My experience with Innovative Remodeling & Designs, his unprofessionalism and poor customer service was enough for me to go out of my way to leave my first Google review. Very innovative!

Very resourceful in finding a cost-effective solution to water seeping through to the floors due to our out of level carport. Got all of the work done in one day and were very professional.
