My She Sews Shack was a big empty leaky shed...Sanford is very knowledgeable about how to make it a useable work space for me to sew! He did it all: dry wall, AC install, windows in doors, leveling floor, hanging shelves & lights, on top of stopping the leaks! Very pleased with his work! At a fair price! I highly recommend him if you have a project in mind!

Sanford did great work for us in our kitchen. Very responsive when contacted regarding opportunity. He kept us informed throughout the project - days & time he was going to work. Clean-up was standard when he finished for the day. He also does numerous handy man jobs for my widowed sister. A most trustworthy individual who always arrives with a positive attitude toward his work & life!

Ive used HRS Property Services for a number of jobs in my home. One of which was a rather complicated (yet creative) use of a two piece China hutch I own. Sanford helped determine the best and most stable solution for securing the piece to the wall and added the enhancements I desired. I am soooo thrilled with the end result and get tons of compliments on the work done. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to friends and family. (In fact, I have!).

I put a question on a local page asking for someone to give me recommendations to have some drywall and texture work on the Sheetrock that I installed my self. Several people recommended Sanford with HRS Property Services! I contacted him on a Saturday and he called me back and made an appointment for Sunday. He arrived on time and gave me my quote . We spoke at length about his experience and small talk. I immediately knew that I was gonna have him to do the work. Im glad that I did. He was on time everyday that he was scheduled to be at my house. Extremely honest and hard working man!! He explained what he was doing as well as giving me some tips on hanging drywall the next time. I would recommend HRS and Sanford to anyone who needed some drywall work done. Sanford is someone that I feel is a very honest and sincere man. Ill use him again once I get my garage drywalled!!

Working with HRS for our drywall repair job was probably the best experience I've had with any contractor I've hired. Prices were reasonable, timeframe was realistic, and scheduling was extremely flexible. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and he was able to almost perfectly match the existing knockdown finish on our walls. The owner, Sanford, performed the work himself and his experience definitely showed. He was always quick to respond, either to texts or phone calls and he always kept us in the loop with his plans/progress. No issues, complaints, or cons. 5 stars across the board. Hopefully I won't have a need to fix my walls again, but if I do, HRS will be my first call.

Sanford is a professional through and through. I have been working with him for over 7 years. We did a gut and complete remodel and he had the skills to help us through every avenue of our remodel. He was able to help us install a shower base when our plumber couldn't figure it out. He did everything from cabinet installation to siding installation to drywall installation and finishing. We could not have completed our overhaul without him.
