They don't cover drywall cracks in a heated garage that they completed. They had 2.5 days in our home to repair drywall within 1 year of moving into our home. They say they offered the garage repairs at no cost 2 years ago, but have since stopped since it got too expensive for them. I personally don't like that business model and want others to know they only stand behind some of their work, not everything.
