I strongly advise against hiring Home Res-Q Remodeling & Seamless Gutters. Their crew was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Not only was the work quality poor, but they also showed a complete lack of respect for my property. They parked their work vehicles illegally, blocking access and causing damage to my lawn/driveway/landscaping. When I brought the damage to their attention, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. If you value your property, look elsewhere

Stay far away! This company Would not stand behind their work that I dont think they ever did. They came to repair clean and seal gutters, corners and seams. The corners were never cleaned torched and sealed. I reached out to the office and owner less than a week after the work was supposedly done and they refused to even try to make things right. I would never refer a company that will not stand behind their work and takes short cuts like these guys.

Home Res-Q did an excellent job on our recent kitchen remodel in our Florida vacation condo. We do not live full time in the condo, hence questions or problems had to be answered over the phone from our home in North Carolina. Nick communicated with me promptly by phone and supplied photos as the project progressed from demolition to installation of flooring, tile, cabinets and appliances. The subs he used were excellent. We have worked with different contractors over the years and Nick Walsh was one of the best. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted this company on Friday and scheduled an estimate for Monday. They did not show up at the scheduled time and did not call or provide any notice. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Wayne and Big Nick did a great job! Awesome craftsmanship and have an eye for detail. As for communication with the company it was non existent on their end, until Casey started then we seen improvements. Do not sign your contract unless all items are listed or they will not be honored even when signing with the office staff (Amanda C) reassured us everything would be fine and we would have no issues, well that was until I realized the said item (missing from contract) would not be provided unless you do a change order and you will then have to pay extra, and of course by this time there was a change in office staff so no way to really fight it. The office staff should be trained enough to not have you sign until it is added to the original contract, knowing a sticky note would not be honored. Took us stopping by the office 8 weeks after final measurements were done to see where the rendering photos were. We were told oh we thought we sent them already! If you sent them wouldnt you follow up with the customer to make sure all was good and it was okay to proceed? Make sure when you take the time to find the granite you want that they follow through with paying and getting the granite so you dont have to take more time off to drive another 1.5 hours one way to search again. Other than the few hiccups along the way it was a very fair quote for the work that was done. I couldnt be happier with the way my kitchen turned it out it was just a communication struggle to get there.

Due to the hurricane we had to get a new roof and found ourselves in need of new gutters as well. Home Res-Q was referred to us by a work colleague and we were pleased from start to finish!! The estimator Nick came and was quick to work with us on the proposal modifications and came in at such a reasonable price. The installation came quickly after and Brandon and his team were polite and worked into the evening to get the job done. The seamless gutter experience was completely seamless (pun intended )

Gregory and Jeremy did a great job of replacing all our downspouts. They were very skilled at what they were doing as each pipe was cut to the right length the first time and made to fit perfectly into each corner piece. They also secured each downspout to easily withstand a heavy storm. I was also impressed at the speed at which they worked and how they can custom fit each downspout as they worked on different areas around our house. We will definitely use Home ResQ again in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks!

Two young guys came to do estimate. One of them said he was the son of the owner. They were there to do a quote for replacing carpet to LVP. Been 6 wks since they came out to take measurements. Never received an estimate -had 3 other companies that sent an estimate within a few days. We have already started our project with another company, and we havent even received your estimate or any type of response. Confused as to why someone even came out. You respond 3 mths after my review to say no response makes it difficult to give a quote? Sorry, but there was absolutely no contact from your business after the walk through. Shouldnt take 6 weeks to give a quote, let alone 3 months.
