Scheduled an interior door frame repair for a Saturday morning. Repair guy never showed and did not receive any updates on his arrival. After an hour and half of being late, I called the office and the manager/lead handyman explained that there was car trouble and he would personally complete the repair himself the following day. Again, no show on second day. I have made plans around this repair for a full weekend and now have house guests coming to visit this week with no repair. It also appears that I cannot contact this company as my phone calls arent going through/possibly blocked by company. Terrible coordination and completely unreliable. Dont use.

He was responsive to my initial call and was here to fix all the items I needed fixed within a couple of days. Ivan is probably the best handyman Ive ever had and cant recommend him enough. I had an emergency problem on Sunday, and even though he doesnt work on Sundays he still came in to help me fix the problem all without taking advantage of my emergency to charge me extra! I also had him do some drywall work and it was done flawlessly. He pointed out and fixed code violations from the builders and even fixed other parts of my drywall out of courtesy. His prices were very fair and you can tell he takes pride in his work! He made sure the job was done right and done well, and I will be going to him in the future with anything else I might need done around the house. Attached is a photo of the patch of drywall he did, and you cant tell at all that its been worked on
