We hired Highline Remodeling to remodel our kitchen, and we're extremely happy with the work done. Even though Zack is young, he's highly experienced and has a broad set of skills. He was very professional throughout, providing a detailed estimate at the outset, which he stuck to at each phase in the project. His communication was great, in both continually ensuring that everyone's expectations were aligned and in answering our questions in a timely manner. He has excellent workmanship too. We were always impressed with his attention to detail, all the way from the perfectly straight grout lines in the backsplash to the flawless corners in the crown molding. He always made sure every little detail, visible or not, was accounted for, so we felt like our kitchen was in good hands throughout. Him and his assistant Tony were both friendly and considerate too, which made the remodel as painless as a remodel can be. We've hired many contractors over the years, and it's rare to find one that does everything well, and is truly committed to customer satisfaction, but Highline Remodeling is just that.

Fantastic working with Zach. Did a wonderful job communicating and managing expectations for timing, cost, scheduling, etc. Transparent and informative. As someone who has worked with a lot of contractors, I can say he was/is uncommonly good in this regard, it really stood out from the beginning. I don't write this review flippantly Also really appreciated how he wanted to know all about our family, our story. Felt like the work he did, the recommendations he had were tailored to our life, not just our space. Very respectful about maintaining his workspace andworkschedule. Never felt intrusive or unwelcome even as he redid essentially our whole main level. And the work speaks for itself. We're so pleased with how our little kitchen was transformed, he did a beautiful job. Our old St Paul house has a new life.

10/10 experience - Zack did an excellent job remodeling our shower to remediate some issues from a less than stellar previous owner/flipper. Front to back, quote process was easy, accurate, and better in detail than the three others we had received. Throughout the job he was clean and courteous, communicating any issues/decisions that needed to be addressed as they came up. He finished on schedule, even with us adding/modifying some items on his plate mid job. I really appreciated how he indulged our questions about materials/methods/tradeoffs so that we could better understand what we were getting and why. Zack did a great job giving me multiple quotes as my project expanded. He has great attention to detail and basically did an entire remodel of my bathroom himself (with electrician and plumber contractors). I did my own designing for the most part- he was able to make a custom cabinet for me. Communication was good with scheduler. Was able to be available pretty quickly for the large project. Also let me buy my own fixtures/vanity/tile, etc which was nice. Would definitely use him again.

Working with Zach was an extremely positive experience. He was able to patch holes in the wall and ceiling flawlessly after we needed to open them up for plumbing repair. He also worked diligently to save a pink 1950's shower that I wanted to save. Many of the other estimates only wanted to demo the whole thing. Zach was willing to work with me and cut out tile and we found similar colored tiles to tie into together and make it work. The old shower pan was leaking and he removed the old one that was full of concrete and replaced it with a new system. I am thrilled with my now functional shower that to me is updated but looks like it has always been there in my retro bathroom. I could not be happier with the work. I look forward to working on future projects with Zach.

The kitchen was previously quite small, but with a partial wall knocked down and an island built in, the space is very functional and looks beautiful. Zach kept us updated on what was happening with all aspects of the remodel and listened to our preferences. He also offered great ideas when we were unsure what to do with the remodel. I would highly recommend them.

Zack and Colin did a great job of replacing our outdated shower tile with new tile. They also repaired our tile flooring around our bath tub following bath tub replacement and repaired our drywall after we had our plumbing updated. My initial online inquiry was responded to with a phone call immediately, and Zack was very transparent about their process and pricing. We felt the value was very good compared to several other local contractors we had communicated with, especially as it isnt as common to find tile installers that also can help with drywall and other miscellaneous repair work. Zack and Colin arrived on time to complete their work each day during our week-long project and kept us updated on any important decisions or questions throughout the remodel process. Zach and crew come in quickly and was able to help us out with a bathroom remodel project on a tight timeline. (Before picture and 2 after photos below). This work included replacing the shower surround, demo and redo of the flooring and trim, installing wainscoting on lower wall and skim coating upper walls and installing a new light fixture plus humidity fan in the bathroom. Very happy with the work, communication, and speed with which the project was completed! Zach kept us informed throughout the way and worked with us to troubleshoot when speed bumps came up. Overall great experience and great price compared to several other quotes we received for this project.
