The best of the best! I cannot say enough good things about Stephen. From the moment I reached out to him about a crack in our 100-year-old lath and plaster living room ceiling in Dundee, he has been communicative, professional, honest, and competent. The crack turned out to be a much bigger project than he had anticipated, yet he honored his initial bid and completed the work on schedule, and it looks absolutely fantastic. He takes pride in his work and pays incredibly close attention to all the details. If you have a painting job or restoration/repair job, Stephen should be your first call.

For more than 30 years, Stephen of Heritage Restorations has been working on our home and business Ambrose Antiques fixing our plaster and ornamental plaster ceilings. Steve at Heritage Painting was SO great. We hired him to skim coat our houses 100 year old textured walls. They are now perfectly smooth & it gave our house a whole new updated feel. Steve was extremely communicative, personable, honest and hardworking. We felt like we really got to know him (and his love for 80s music while he works!) and are excited to have him back for future projects. We didnt know what to expect with this kind of project, but we have no regrets at all about hiring Steve because it turned out better than I couldve imagined. He kept us updated on the project and was efficient without cutting any corners. I really appreciated his eye for detail because I knew Id pick the results apart when he was done, but he was that way too so I knew it would be good thorough work. Thanks for your work and commitment Steve, we love it!!

I had a poor experience with another painter that did a TERRIBLE job painting our cabinets. I called Steve looking for help and bailed us out big time. He fixed all of the mistakes from the previous painter and left us with an awesome finish to our cabinets. Hes detailed and doesnt leave a job unfinished!

We had Steve paint the interior of our home which included our living room, kitchen, entry way, laundry room, and hallway. He completed the painting in a timely manner and did an amazing job! We will definitely be using him again for all our painting, staining, and other needs. Super professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service.

Heritage Painting just completely refinished our basement after it had flooded a month ago. They came in and vacuumed all of the water out, used fans to dry everything, and removed all of the damaged carpet, sheetrock, cabinets, doors, etc.....We were extremely happy with the quality of work we received from them!!! We paid a TON of money to have our basement finished a year before the flood, and it came out looking better then it did when it was originally done!!!! Heritage Painting handled everything from start to finish with our insurance company, and turned our nightmare into a positive experience. Our basement looks better then it originally did, they used better paint, and the quality of work was better. We would definitely use Heritage Painting again!!!

I contacted Heritage a few months back about refinishing my kitchen cabinets. They showed on time and did a fantastic job from bidding the project all the way through the finish of the project I was very impressed. The attention to detail and prep work was on a whole new level. If you contact them for a project see if Steve is available he is quite passionate about his work and it shows! I know I will be contacting Heritage for any jobs I have come up in the future.
