I believe in being honest in reviews, thats why people read them. Steven did a GREAT and HONEST job! We had a delay. Termites. Us or previous owner (I think the latter), but either way, Steven did not just what they dont know wont hurt. This was drawn to our attention before any work was done. Once the problem was taken care of, Stevens work commenced. The drywall and plastering he did is top notch! Steven recommended the proper type of primer to use before painting. All paid off! After quite the delay, we have a wall that looks beautiful! Id highly recommend Hensel Plastering to anyone needing this type of work done.

Ive worked with Steve on two occasions. I was pleased with my first experience working with the team for a minor patch job. As he was timely and stuck to his original quoted value. However, when calling a second time for a larger project Steve handled communication and quality of work very poorly. The patch work protruded from the wall in several places (see photos) and without my knowledge the team decided to redo an entire wall in the bathroom increasing their original quote by 60% without telling me. The team also cut two electrical wires, one in the living room and bathroom. They did help cover the costs of only one of these errors as I had to eat the replacement costs of additional wiring. After expressing that bills could not be increased to this extent without notification the team proceeded to only give me 5% the total bill, but were not willing to come back and fix the rough patch work completed. Overall Im sad about the communication and quality of work and wish the team could have worked to a better resolution and fixed the work they started .

Our ceilings were cracked and we had several nail pops with several stress cracks on the walls. Steve came and resecured our ceilings and repaired all the cracks. We couldn't believe how much the ceilings were separating from the joists. Steve did a great job resecuring the ceilings and repairing all the stress cracks. On time and wore a mask. 1928 Home, living room repaired popcorn ceiling jagged holes from upstairs plumbing leak repair and you would never of known it was repaired. Hard to match popcorn but he did it. Upstairs bedroom & closet wall against chimney was separating. Another bedroom corner cracked from age.....all repaired perfectly. Worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. You can tell he has 30 years under his trowel. Very affordable. Just make the call, you'll be glad you did.

Hensel Plastering came in today to repair a bad patch job from another contractor. He came in, cut out all of the bad, discovered the job was much worse from water damage ( where the prior contractor didn't repair). He came in on time, put drop cloth on the floor, and got to work. He even matched the texture of the ceiling about perfect! We were blown away with the level of professionalism and quality of work that he performed.
