The knockdown texture looks nearly identical in both places. I got an estimate from their appraiser and he ended up coming in on the low end of the estimate which was also great. They didn't try to charge me more "because they could" as it was in an estimate. Will definitely use them in the future.

This contractor must utilize Premium Home Service as the front end scheduling portion of their business. Could not get a direct connection to my technician who is apparently a no show. Blows my mind that so many independent contractors put the first part of their customer experience to a call center somewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Harris Drywall & Painting. The owner, worked with my schedule to come to our home for a quote, and his pricing was incredibly reasonable. He scheduled our job to start when it was convenient for us, and the crew worked full days until the work was done.

So typical of an unprofessional contractor to set up a time to come and give an estimate (for $99) and then NEVER show up for it. Understanding that things happen, I called again and set up another appointment for the next day only to BE BLOWN OFF AGAIN! To be blown off once is annoying, but twice is infuriating and UNPROFESSIONAL!
