I received a quote from Hanks to install a double wall oven that didn't quite fitthe opening only needed to be widened by less than an inch. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. However, I was incredibly disappointed to receive a quote for over $1,000 for a task I knew would take less than an hour, especially since I offered to help with the removal and reinstallation of the oven. Update: I had the oven installed today by another reputable handyman service for $300.

They charged me $400 for a handyman to come reattach a t-molding that fell off. It has not even been a month after they came to fix it and it already fell off again.

Jose A. did a great job in hanging a closet door! He was detailed, precise and didn't rush through the project. In addition, I really want to emphasize that Hank's Handyman employee's are organized and clean as they execute the project. They are very respectful in making sure they don't make a mess or leave a mess. I am totally happy with the service!

Agustine fixed my leaning pergola, installed new boots, and stained the entire structure! It looks brand new! His attention to detail is extrordinary!!! He also caulked all the windows inside and out. I highly recommend him. He was courteous and experienced, and proficient!!

We had a great handyman and person in John Villareal who worked skillfully and diligently on our desired backsplash which complemented the new paint job done on our cabinets and new lighting fixtures really well. Overall, we are satisfied with the results given the time, resources, and expectations we have from the beginning. Happy to recommend and or/use again especially with improved services and care for clients.

Hanks Handyman service is a joke it took a contractor that they hired outside of their company to come out to redo installing my front door because it wasnt installed correctly on the original install date by a hanks handyman tech. This company makes you think they are some big professional company when they arent that at all, their scheduling is terrible, they will set a date and time with you for your project then call to tell u they will be later that day, then call back and tell you they will need to reschedule for another day, then when that day comes around they do the same thing. This company is a joke and very unprofessional, they schedule to much for their workers for one day, they are constantly losing money on their project because they cant get it right the first time, over priced on their quality of work, and they dont give a reasonable discount to satisfy their customers on their losses over your project you had them do. If youre thinking about calling them for a project, go with anyone but this company unless you want a headache and be unhappy by the end of your project. Very Unprofessional Company( ZERO STARS )

I will say I found the price to be shocking to replace a door that had been kicked in by robbers. I was worried about the security of my home and felt I couldnt take the time to shop around given the situation. I later learned you can get a door and have someone install it for $900 through Home Depot (less than half of what I was charged). That said Joseph who came and did all the work was great and Im very happy with his work! The companys pricing which the handymen dont control was the only disappointment.
