We rely on subcontractors to maintain our facilities across Northern Rhode Island. In 2003, Bens companies, Handyman Pro Professionals and Best of Bens Lawn Service, were added to our contractor registration board, and since then, we could not be more pleased with the level of service they provide. With a network of more than 720 facilities, the lawn service, Best of Bens, has consistently helped with our grounds upkeep. I wanna thank Ben for my new bathroom. He had to level the floor in two areas before installing the vynol flooring. Ben recognized that leveling the floor was necessary and to be done after removing the vanity. He installed a new toilet and vanity and the plumbing himself. Once I had the go-ahead, I did my research and quickly narrowed my choice to Handyman Pro Professionalsand Im so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Ben made us feel confident and at ease. He was easy to talk to, straightforward, and refreshingly honest in the way he explained every step of the process. After completing the measurements, his pricing aligned with what we were prepared to spend. This was not a cheap jobbecause quality work never isbut it was fair, transparent, and absolutely worth every penny. What truly stood out was the thoughtful planning, clear communication, respect for our home, and workmanship that genuinely speaks for itself. I couldnt have made a better choice. The flooring came out beautifully, and the transformation was incredible. My husband was impressed, my kids kept saying how brand new the house looked, and even my mother-in-lawwho notices everythingcommented on how clean and professional Ben was throughout the entire project. We never had to say a word. She and Ben are now good friends! ***Additional note: I also want to give five stars for the parlor work. There are no baseboards installed yet in the photo, but even without them, the craftsmanship is dead on. This can be clearly seen in the last two pictures. Ben did a great job on converting our large primary bedroom into two bedrooms. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Ben was very flexible and understanding when a family emergency caused us to delay our project. His kindness put us at ease. Ben is very diligent and did a great job at navigating unforeseen challenges that inevitably arose. We felt like we could share our concerns and Ben would address them right away. He truly cared about our happiness with the outcome and took care to correct anything we brought to his attention. That being said, we do feel like there were some small details that may have been overlooked or not addressed if we hadnt stepped in and brought to his attention. But, overall, it was very apparent that Ben wanted to get the small details right, which we really appreciated. The project wound up taking longer than we were initially told. We were quoted 2 weeks, but the project took a little over a month to complete. This was due to challenges in coordinating our schedules and the unforeseen work that popped up along the way. We feel like during the initial consultation some small details may have been missed/miscommunicated, which contributed to the project taking longer (such as scheduling an electrician separately, some tricky measurements regarding how our new doors/walls would fit in the layout, and re-finishing the ceiling after the original door was removed.) Overall, we would be very happy to work with Ben again. He was very reasonably priced, very patient with us, and was committed to doing great work!

We are a production company that produces Reality TV shows which require extensive home modifications to install our cameras, microphones, and wiring. When we are finished filming there can be a lot of repairs needed in the walls and ceilings! We used Handyman Pro Professionals to help with the repairs at a couple of our filming locations.
