DBW or "Handy Man in New York City" sub contracts their work out to non skilled laborers whom are certainly unqualified to do ANY handyman work. They cancelled appointments. They did no show up for appointments. They broke one of my light fixtures while attempting to install it. They did not replace the broken fixtures. The operator, A.J., is incompetent. Their technicians left me with a comedy of errors and hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Save yourself so much time, money and mental stability by staying away from this business.
