Zane and his team are professional and very detailed oriented. The storms were not in their favor the week of this job, but they showed up every day and accomplished all that they could, even staying later some nights to stay on target. From start to finish Zane had great communication, keeping me aware of expectations and working with me to assure that I was happy with the end results. My deck was 23yrs old prior the update. Zane was awesome to work with on our project! Very professional, dedicated and pleasant to work with. Were happy with the way everything turned out and would definitely use Handy Home for any future project needs. Our job site was always left clean at the end of the day and when completed you couldnt even tell he was here, except for the amazing improvement in our home! Our project included: chimney removal, siding removal, vinyl siding installation, aluminum soffit and fascia installation, 6x6 porch beam installation, cedar siding installation, pine siding (porch ceiling) installation.

Zane and his team did an excellent job on my small bathroom remodel. I had a problem with my bathroom's whirlpool tub - it had multiple cracks and was leaking into the lower floor. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Zane, who not only provided affordable service but also exceeded my expectations in several ways. Zane truly went the extra mile: he replaced the underlying floor that had suffered some water damage, installed new shut-off valves (removing the old ones and replacing them with ball valves), meticulously sealed around the toilet after laying the new floor (ensuring a proper seal and even adjusting the tank to make it level, which was unexpected!), added drywall behind the tub surround (which was missing previously), and took care of several other small details that most contractors would overlook/ignore. The new tub Zane installed is incredibly stable, thanks to the proper mortar support. I don't think I've ever stepped on a tub that you didn't feel some sort of bend. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the new whirlpool tub, as well as the surround, flooring, and trim that Zane expertly handled. I'm absolutely thrilled with the final result. Zane has definitely earned my trust as my go-to contractor for future projects. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone seeking exceptional workmanship. One thing that truly stood out to me was his dedication to treating your house as if it were his own. That level of care and attention is truly commendable.
