We worked with Hales for roofing our new construction home located in West Sedona. Beyond the custom Corton steel roof, they did custom gutters and down spouts and beyond that a magnificent exterior patio Corton steel ceiling! Excellent work! All well communicated, they did listen very carefully to our desires. They made sure that every detail was taken care of and in line with all the western mountain ranch aesthetics. Creighton and Milton made it all work for us, super nice! Real professionals. For our future construction we definitely will work with them again!

We had a solar tube installed in the kitchen. Very professional quote with photos of location of the solar tube. Installers Johnny and Brandon did a great job on the installation and showed us videos of the installation. There was also roof repair and sealing that was in the quote and they did that. They cleaned up the inside and outside nicely. Love the light of the solar tube - if we need another, we will contact Hale's!

My job was bid on by Chase who was great to work with. He was extremely patient as he fielded all my questions. Tyler Wakefields crew was just what I needed from a roofing crew. They not only accommodated a schedule that allowed me to remove my chimney and replace my fascia boards, they assisted me in a few tie in issues I faced. The crew was wonderful to work with, as they were always polite and positive in nature. At the end of each day they left the jobsite picked up, which was pleasant to return home to. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Hales Team.

Today, John Timm and his partner Breenin completed some roof maintenance on our home, work that had originally been quoted by Diablo. The Diablo quote was very reasonable, and everyone involved throughout the process was extremely courteous. From start to finish, John and Breenin were professional, approachable, and thorough. They took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, walked me through what they actually did, and provided a detailed set of before-and-after photos, along with a tour of the roof. That level of transparency and care was genuinely appreciated. Later in the day, Joe stopped by to discuss paint color options that would be acceptable from the HOAs perspective. The visit was unexpected and very much appreciated, and it was helpful to have that guidance in real time. I have worked with Hales before on stucco work and have always appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and courtesy. In this case, Hales Roofing came highly recommended by our contractor, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. They are a top-notch outfit that I would not hesitate to work with again. I should also mention that John and Breenin left the job site spotless at the end of the day, which, in my experience, is not always the case with other roofing crews I have hired.

I had cracked clay roofing tiles and Jose Paz removed the damaged tiles and replaced them. Jose did the job very quickly even though the tiles were not easy to get to and required special fitting. He cleaned up the job site thoroughly and was a real pleasure to work with. He did a professional job.

I would like to let everyone know what a wonderful job Chris and his crew did this week installing a new roof on the home I am renting. I was so impressed with how dependable they were. Everyday they showed up right on time. They also cleaned up after themselves every afternoon. In addition, they would let me know each day what they were working on and informed me when materials would be arriving. And, they did a super job! Its great when you have people working for you who are polite, respectful and informative. I would highly recommend them!

Our house in Sedona is 20 years old and there were some cracks in the stucco. We also had a deck above the garage where the epoxy coating had some areas of delamination. We know of other houses that needed major repairs when the stucco was not properly maintained and we wanted to get ahead of any problems. We had heard that Hales Stucco does quality work and we contacted them for the repairs. Diego came over and gave us an estimate for the work. He said they may have to do additional work depending on what they found when removing portions of the old stucco or deck material. We proceeded with the contract and schedule. The work was managed by Felipe with Miguel doing the work on the deck, Tim doing the work on the Stucco, and Marco finishing up with painting. There were others working, but I dont have their names. Everyone from Hales was professional, polite, helpful, and meticulous with their work. The stucco was not just sanded down, taped, and painted over; but in many places taken back to the moisture barrier and filled back in. Both the stucco and deck repair showed no damage to the structure, so no unplanned work was needed. Marco did a great job painting the new stucco and matching the paint to areas that were not repaired. The work was done on budget and on schedule; and we are very pleased with the results the house looks great! Thanks for the quality work.

Needing some drywall repair after some electrical work, I noticed that Hale's also does drywall repairs. They put a new roof on my house 3 years ago and I was very satisfied with their work. Gerald and Ricky completed the drywall repair on time and matched my existing texture. Whatever the job, if Hale's does that work they will be my first call.

I had a roof leak, which caused interior damage to the foyer, and hallway, of my home. After the leak was found, every roof drain was re-sealed. A few days later, drywall repairs were begun. My repairman was Gerald Valesquez, of Hales Roofing. This gentleman did an absolutely amazing job! He came to work immediately after arriving, in the morning, and has a work ethic, that was quite impressive. The quality of Geralds work is impressive. I highly recommend you use Hales Roofing, if you need drywall repair.

39 Rim Trail Circle, Sedona AZ Had lingering leak in one scupper that was sorted out very well by Johnny and Brandon who fixed the scupper and also removed unused satellite dish as well as resealing the parts of the roof affected by the repair. Nice guys and good job.....

Painter, Marcos Romero did an excellent job painting our kitchen ceiling. He was friendly, professional, and easy to coordinate with. He arrived on time, prepped the space carefully (covers down, edges taped, appliances protected), and got right to work. Kitchen ceilings can be tricky with lighting and shadows, but he delivered a smooth, even finish with clean lines, no splatter, no missed spots. He worked efficiently without rushing, checked in on small details, and left everything spotless when he was done. Great communication, and genuinely kind energy in our home. Were really happy with the result and would hire him again. Highly recommend Marcos!

We recently had a roof leak with a puddle of water in the center of our living room. Diego arrived immediately to carefully assessed the source of the leak. Within days Andrew showed up to tarp the problem area, as we were due for more rain. The last technicians spent hours repairing and sealing extensively. I contacted Hales because of the excellant reviews and the website. Kristina answered. She was professional and knowledgeable . The most important is Kristina was very kind, understanding, patient and answered every question in a very polite and honest manner. Covid left me deaf and she was very considerate of me and my deafness! She sent an angel to me by the name of Diego Mendoza . He explained everything to me, took pictures of my roof and where it needs help. He is highly educated , very knowledgeable, explained in detail everything to me. We are 90% complete on new shingle roof, upgraded porch and bay window to metal roof and adding seamless gutters. Hales found several structural things needing repair once job started.
