I came to have work done by this company through a long line of subcontractors recommending subcontractors recommending subcontractors. The work itself seems decent enough as far as I can tell so far, but the process getting it done was terrible. Communication from Keith and Matthew was good to start, but quickly got dropped by Matthew as the process progressed. I received both unclear communication and then no communication just before the job was started/completed. When Matthew initially came to give an estimate, he was agreeable to wearing a mask in my home upon request, though it was clear he wasn't happy about it. When Jeff showed up *late* to do the job, he was angry and argumentative upon my greeting. When I asked if he had a mask to wear inside my home, he said he didn't. I said I had one for him, and when he said he wasn't wearing someone else's mask, I pulled it out and showed him that it was a single mask in a wrapper. I offered to reschedule if he wasn't comfortable wearing a mask with no judgment, and he said angrily "just give it to me." Then he said "You know it's over, right?" to which I explained that I work with seniors and I had a relative die from covid within the last month. Still willing to do the job, he followed me to the side entrance. I had to ask him a couple more times to put on the mask before entering because he was just going to ignore my request. No empathy displayed for my loss, and no respect displayed for my request. He angrily put it on and got to work. Later during the job I walked by and noticed he wasn't wearing the mask. By the end of the job his demeanor softened, but he told me he was done while wearing a different mask than the one I gave him, so he lied initially about not having a mask. Overall I witnessed very little professionalism from him. On the company website, they claim to offer "respect and consideration," and I received the complete opposite. I have more drywall work to be done and I will not be using this company. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I can't get over how amazing my experience was with H&H drywall. They cleaned up everything, they kept the entire work area contain and prepared my living room by using a tarp. They wore booties to not track any dust, and went above and beyond to keep my house clean. Their work is phenomenal and my kitchen looks so fantastic I cant believe how well they patched my ceiling and walls.

I hired H&H to do the drywall for my 2400-square-foot whole-house renovation, which was a $15,000 job. All the workers on my job were subs and they were all very nice. But other than attending an initial getting started meeting, H&H management was completely absentee. Calls to inform them of issues usually went nowhere. The crew that did the hanging and taping did a great job. The work of the texture crew, however, was a complete mess. The crew didnt really know how to do what I had asked for, and H&H management was no help. In the end, I had to spend an entire week sanding and re-texturing to make the work acceptable.

The owner of H&H, Mathew is one of kind! We had a very difficult sheetrock job that he and his crew knocked out of the park. The finished product is absolutely fantastic. Mathew always had a great attitude and a "customer first" approach. Mathew is not satisfied until you are. If you want quality work by a truly professional company with high moral standards call H&H!

H&HDrywall came to look at my job--two new walls plus a dozen plus large holes in walls and ceilings from rewiring my second floor and a complicated to clean up exposed concrete/new ceiling hole--and I had a bid that same day. A very professional company, communications were good, the work was scheduled on a timely basis and the owner stayed in touch daily to coordinate everything. I was very pleased with the end result and the extra effort taken to be sure all was right.
