GTL construction did an EXCELLENT job with my fireplace remodel. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and I always knew in advance what would be happening for the week. The job required tearing out a massive brick surround, stone work (slab, stone tile), shiplap, a new mantle, and electrical work as well as hanging my new TV above the mantel. Every step progressed flawlessly and I'm extremely happy with the end result. I HIGHLY recommend GTL construction and I'm having them estimate other projects for me.

I've used GTL Construction, Inc. several times. They did an excellent job with installing faux beams, wrapping sheetrock posts, decorative framing out French doors and arch window, and crown molding. I've also had dry rot fascia boards and whole house painting. Tommy manages jobs really well and is reliable. Alicia is easy to work out questions and scheduling. GTL Construction painted the interior of my house. They recommend Dunn-Edwards Paint. The results turned out great! A couple days for turnaround time for a 1300 square foot house. Painted ceilings, walls, doors, trim, and baseboard. They also installed some crown molding. They cleaned up afterwards. I was a first time homebuyer and didn't want to paint the whole house myself. They also installed a new garage access door and did some minor maintenance repairs around the house. All part of the same project/invoice. My next project will probably be painting the exterior of the house. Recommend.

I generally only write reviews when a vendor or service provider went terribly off track but happy to make an exception for the lads at GTL. Getting the home ready for sale is a huge undertaking and frankly I wanted to get in the tops of the recent sales comps but wasnt headed that direction. Tommy and team came in, assessed the situation, politely steered me away from a few of my less likely to make a difference design concepts and left me with a new home look that quite frankly had me reconsidering moving. Wish they had an office near the white sandy beaches of South Carolina. The new place is in dire need. Best choice Ive made for my home!
