BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Ive had the unfortunate opportunity of working with this horrible company through DR Horton and I must say that this companys front office is so horrible that they deserve a NEGATIVE rating but unfortunately Google wont allow such a thing! Shana or Chana or Channa ( however you spell her name) has some of the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced. Her customer service antics are as follows; urge to speak over you, lack of listening skills, nonchalant/noncaring attitude, feels inclined to make decisions on behalf of the homeowner, horribly communication skills, and EXTREMELY RUDE! She even informed my wife that she didnt care to listen to what she had to say! My family and I encountered this company through DR Hortons warranty department. Our inspector performed an 11-month walkthrough to label the imperfections around the home such as; Nail pops, detachment of stainless steel corner covers and etc. Our inspector was not able to accommodate all of the imperfections due to a low inventory in wall stickers. We were also informed that we can just mention the additional imperfections the day of. On the day of our service, I informed the contractor of the additional imperfections prior to the working beginning. He explained to me that he was only informed to take care of the labeled imperfections. Prior to the day of the technicians arrival, this company was suppose to complete this job 3 weeks prior but couldnt because the entire crew contracted COVID. After being notified of this, I rescheduled. This was only a portion of what took place as this will be a novel if I were to explain everything. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
