I contacted this company a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment. On the scheduled day, no one ever came out. When he finally did show up at a later date, he never even inspected under the house and immediately made comments about a supposed $20,000 budget which was never discussed or agreed upon. The entire interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

My bathroom floor was a mess! The floor had discolored around the stool area. I had suspected mold. Unfortunately, there was mold and fungus. Gary knew what he was doing and worked consistently. He explained about delays and extra costs. I had never heard of an air scrubber, but I sure needed one in my bathroom. Compared to an experience I had ten years ago with another company, this was a much better experience. Also, I felt I could trust Gary in my home. I told my doctor about the mold and fungus under my bathroom floor and he said, "I don't think it caused your recent health problems, but I'm glad you got rid of that mold."

I hired this company to install a back splash and update stair railing that was not secure. The person they hired to do the tile did good and was efficient (hence the two stars). I would NOT recommend using this company though. All interactions I had were very friendly, but the job was not done with any care. As seen in the photos, the railing does not look finished at all. Its sloppy, did not fill or cover any of the nail holes, left pencil marks, didnt finish the top gap of slats, and didnt offer any solutions on making the black slats stable or able to pass code requirements. Our quote was supposed to include materials, but we ended up having to supply the wood and even the table saw for him to complete the project. Definitely will not use them in the future and would not recommend them.

Gary came to give an estimate quickly and was able to get a crew to come do some repair work on the exterior of my home. It required different types of wood and trim, which he matched perfectly. He also matched the paint to make it all look uniform. Cant even tell there was a repair. The crew cleaned everything up nicely, and replaced a floodlight fixture. Very pleased with the work.

I called him to do a frame. I wanted all the work done. He only use sheet rock and said it was fine if it rained. I had to call someone else to finish the work very disappointed.

Had North come out and redo two of our bathrooms. At first, the work seemed great. However, we continued to have issues with the grouting in one of the bathrooms. They repeatedly gave the same solutions, but it didnt resolve the issue. We told them multiple times about the issues. Eventually, North made it sound like we were trying to short him for work rather than fix the problem, suggesting that the disagreement over the grouting was not worth what he was owed for the other bathroom. He implied that we were in a perpetually loop when we just wanted solutions. We paid 4K for the resolve work in that bathroom, and just wanted it fixed. He then hurried to finish the rest of the work. We have missed spots in our second bathroom from a rushed paint job which was 800 dollars. We also had poor trim work. We pointed out that he damaged our hardwood floors and north hastefully pretended to fix it in order to be paid. The wood floors are still damaged. He also used subcontractors who did not finish the job, but had us pay them directly. Only one worker, Jimmy, was willing and attempted to resolve the issues.

Holy Smokes these guys are GREAT. My mom fell and was on the ground and couldn't get up. The police came to help and had to kick the door in to get to her. I came from out of town to be with my mom - while i was in town - I reached out to get a bid. North came out and not only gave me a bid, when he found out what was going on - he rearranged his schedule so he could do it while i was in town and my mom could come home to her house that looked like it never happened. what a HUGE blessing! Thank you guys.
