The team over at Great Precision Handyman installed crown moulding in a couple of our bedrooms. Philos did an excellent job! Our walls and ceilings were certainly not square, which has caused difficulties with other contractors. However, it was no problem for Philos and crew. They kept their workspace clean and organized. We will be reaching out regarding future projects.

Had a great experience working with Philos and his crew. They did a great job replacing my broken bathroom exhaust fan despite a very difficulty removal of the old fan. Work was done quickly and professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. Will use them again.

I moved to this area almost 3 years ago and knew I needed to find a reliable handy person. I came across a few and realized fairly quickly that Philos at Precision was the person. From wall mirror mounting to replacing drywall, Precision has been reliable, fair in cost, and just someone I would trust in my home. I knew within hours of a text I would get a response or him at my house helping fix the issue. Its always a pleasure!!!

I have been in the property management business for over 40-years. Philos Kim (Great Precision Handyman) is by far the best handyman company I have ever solicited. Too bad he isn't located outside of the North New Jersey area where I have other properties.

Philos was fantastic! I was under a timeline to have my old kitchen countertops removed, as I was having new ones installed. It was a "demo" job that I thought I could do myself. But I got in over my head, as many DIYers do, and Philos came to my rescue! He was prompt, professional, and most personable. I will most definitely use Philos again for work on my home. Highly recommend him!

My wife and I used Philos to fix water damage on our staircase ceiling. Philos and crew did an excellent job at installing all new drywall and painting all the affected areas.
