5 stars all the way! Tyrell put up the drywall in my finished basement and he did an excellent job. He's a dedicated professional who charges fair and affordable rates. Unlike many other contractors out there, he brings full transparency to all his work, walking his customers through every aspect of the job he did and only asking for payment after he makes 100% sure the customer is happy with the work. Grand Laymen will be on lock for all future drywall jobs at my house!

From the estimate to the finished product the men were professional, punctual, courteous and above all else they were clean and kept our house clean throughout the project. We had a bedroom painted and carpeted as well shelves built in the 2 closets and couldnt be happier with the finished product. Grand Laymen Contractors LLC completed a flooring job at our home on September 29, 2024. We love our new floors and staircases! Tyrell and his team arrived promptly everyday, worked diligently, cleaned up and removed all the trash daily until the job was completed! I highly recommend them if you need any flooring or contracting work done!

I must first say, my experiences with Grand Laymen contractors has been 10/10! I had a bad flood in my finish basement 4yrs ago; they came out and did all the work from the gutting out rebuilding painting all of it! Reliable and came ready to work. The pictures here is a quick job and recent june 2024 a small leak I had in my living room ceiling from the bathroom, called em up came right out removed the old molded part, installed fresh new Sheetrock and did the painting and looks great as if nothing ever happened! If youre looking for a contractor I say look no more and give Grand Laymen a call today! I will be calling him again for my bathroom to get done next month!

Rell and Brandon arrived to my home earlier than I expected and happily I did not mind. I needed prep work done for upcoming house painting and drywall, wall cracks and holes had to be repaired. I also had damaged wall where the handrails was hanging off the wall. Every single issue I had was well done. I plan to contact them again whenever I need their services.

Tyrell is extremely responsive, professional, and efficient! I needed drywall installed after a bathroom leak and his team did an awesome job. Pricing was very transparent and he was able to give a rough estimate for my job over email just from photos. He was always on time. Chill, unpretentious, and genuinely helpful - I would absolutely hire Grand Laymen again. The only thing is, I would recommend covering your furniture if you're going to have any sanding done in your work. I didn't think about this so I spent a decent amount of time cleaning up dust afterward hah.

If you want a job well done, hire Tyrell. I aasisted my mom in getting work done on her house. Tyrell and his team installed drywall, painted rooms, installed flooring, and more. My mom hired him twice and plan to hire him again in a couple of months for more flooring work. Tyrell is an honest hard-working professional who makes sure his customer is completely satisfied with the work. I live in Virginia and wish I had a contractor like Tyrell.
