My landlord recently hired Graham Works Construction to address several maintenance issues which required a licensed contractor. They were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Mr. Graham, and his assistant took care of properly resolving ALL issues. I was confident that all work (plumbing, electrical, replacement of broken windowpane, painting +) was done on a professional level, compliant with all laws and safety codes. He was also extremely well versed and experienced in Lead Safe Work Practices (LSWP), which provided tremendous peace of mind when my bathroom required cleaning from lead dust previously created by painting work done by an individual who did not know a thing about safe work practices. As part of the repairs, my radiator & window framework needed to be wet sanded & painted- all EPA-certified due to the possibility (probable), of lead. They are true craftsmanship & provide *artisan level work*. For those living in older homes that have a 'Flushometer' toilet, like mine, Graham Works is extremely experienced in installing these. Mr. Graham explained the difference between a tank toilet & my 'Flushometer' & although more difficult to install, keeping the same Flushometer toilet was the way to go. Note: it is a special order & will take an additional 3-5 business days. (well worth the wait) They did excellent work throughout my kitchen and bathroom, repairing code violations which were created by another individual. They communicated with my Landlord & provided her, throughout the repairs, with timelines, progress, and completion dates. They did such an exceptional job that I will soon be hiring them to do a few other personal small projects in my apartment. I HIGHLY recommend Graham Works Construction.

Weve been working with Graham Works Co. as a vendor for ongoing exterior building cleaning and maintenance, and theyve been great to work with. Their window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft-wash stucco services are consistently high quality and keep our properties looking professional. We also use them for service calls and light repairs like toilet repairs, drywall and paint touch-ups, and floor care. Its a big plus having one reliable company that can handle both cleaning and maintenance. Communication is clear, scheduling is easy, and the work is done right. Id definitely recommend Graham Works Co. to other property managers and businesses.

Yo can you Google Graham works .. my Google site should come up and put in this review We hired Graham Works Construction for window washing and a few handyman projects around the house, including replacing two interior doors and repairing a damaged cabinet. Jonathan and his team were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The windows are crystal clear and the repairs were done the right way not just quick fixes. Its hard to find contractors who show up, communicate well, and actually care about the final result. Well definitely be using them again.

I hired Graham Works Construction to redo my guest bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the results! They are reasonably priced and do high quality work. The process was seamless from start to finish. They were always available for questions. The crew who worked on my house were nice and pleasant to be around! As a bonus, they even cleaned up after themselves, so I didn't have to worry about a mess afterwards! Something that was also very important to me was finding a contractor that was trustworthy. I had someone else work on my master bedroom bathroom and the experience was less than pleasant in this regard. I have 2 kids and was worried about having strangers in my house again. I'm happy to say that I felt comfortable and safe having Gramworks workers in my house. I wish I found them before. They were professional and polite. I didn't think twice about leaving them along upstairs or having my kids around the crew. I'm very pleased with both the process and the results. 100% Satisfaction. Graham Works Construction met all of my expectations. Great communication with the team and work was completed with in our timeframe. Staff was professional and respectful of our property! When it came to this project (kitchen and bathrooms remodeling), we shopped around and got the best estimate backed up by solid recommendations. Could not be happier with the results. Will be hiring again very soon to redo our deck!

Make sure you record the conversations you have when asking for an estimate, and even when discussing the contract. Things get missed on the final contract. Workers are paired up, the senior is extremely professional, and the Jr/Apprentice are usually the ones thatll smoke in your house, or no-show. Expect John to flip his lid, hes got a terrible temper, and wont be shy about showing it after youve made a deposit. Better inspect the joints with lights if they say youll get a level 5 finish

This is a FABULOUS team and company. I almost went bananas looking for a master of all trades home repair improvement person before finding Graham Construction. They so TOTALLY professional in their work and wanting to help you. You can feel totally secure with them and not have to worry about allowing a strange handy person into your house that you found on a bulletin board in the supermarket. They are mare honest and transparent. Its a miracle to find contracting/ home improvement people like Graham. Their prices are very fair and they do the job right without rushing for time your satisfaction is what counts.
