Outstanding Home Repair Service from Genescrop, Inc. Highly Recommended! I recently hired Genescrop Inc. for a series of home repairs, and I am beyond impressed with their work, professionalism, and attention to detail. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. One of the major tasks they completed was replacing our old water heater with a brand new unit. The team arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and installed the new water heater seamlessly. They ensured everything was working perfectly and even took the time to explain the new system to us. In addition to the water heater replacement, Genecrop repaired a set of broken stairs that had become a safety hazard. The craftsmanship was excellent sturdy, secure, and visually appealing. They matched the design with the rest of the home, making it look like it was always part of the original build. They also tackled several other household repairs, including replacing a light fixture and fixing damaged drywall. Each task was completed with precision and care. The new light fixture was installed perfectly, and the wall repairs were so well done you cant even tell there was ever any damage. The crew was courteous, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Genescrop exceeded our expectations in every way. If youre looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional company for home repairs or installations, I highly recommend them. I have contracted Genescorp (Simon Eslava) for some projects since 2022, like lightning, replacing carpet with laminated floor and 3 bath renovations. Simon's team is very professional and honest, always gives me advise and they work within my budget.
